Great venue. Clean, well-organized, nice and small.

Awesome venue! Easy parking! Great view and pretty close even on the hill! I prefer this venue over Pine Knob now!

Great place for a concert! The group in charge of directing traffic and parking seemed overwhelmed and didn't know where we needed to come in at and where to park, but other than that, we had an excellent time.

15 dollar beers and broken bathrooms, hard to find a door that is capable of closing. Better hold on to it! But it’s a fantastic venue. Lawn seats are the best

I had an awesome time seeing Three Days Grace and Chevelle here! It was pretty easy to find my seat and pretty accessible. The drinks are super pricy but big!

Three Days Grace and Chevelle were amazing! I surprised my wife by coming here and our experience could not of been better. The vendors were kind and the food was good even though it’s overpriced in most cases. This is the first concert I’ve been to - minus festivals. The parking was organized efficiently and it was easy to find a spot with the assistance of safety patrol. We will be returning when there’s a band/musician we want to see!

Seen Dominic Fike concert here, and it was sooo good. Waters were expensive for no reason, but everything else was great. Workers were nice. I recommend leaving 15 minutes before a concert ends here, unless you're very patient cause no one let's you in and everyone is in a huge hurry.

I saw the All-American rejects here on the lawn. It's a good venue, but the lawn could be a bit deeper. The most annoying part is that they don't even allow sealed or empty plastic bottles of water, which is ridiculous. For their overpriced drinks. And they can't claim it's for safety reasons, because they sold tall aluminum cans of beer. There also aren't enough restrooms (for men or women).

While a little smaller than some others I've been to pine knob, blossom, the flats etc) it's still very clean, easy to maneuver through and seats a solid amount of people under thr pavilion and outside on the lawn.I feel like there is no bad seat here at this Amphitheater. The staff are friendly and there's a decent selection of drinks and food.Prices for everything are reasonable too.

My new favorite venue! I'd never been here til this week. Our seats were great for the distance/price. The sets were all staged at the beginning, so no long waits between bands. It's open with plenty of room to mill about between sets and lots of vendors, bathrooms, etc. And multiple ways to get to your seats so not a huge clusterjumble. The parking is provided onsite and is really well organized, only took me 5 minutes to park and 10 to leave!

Queens of the Stone Age. North American tour ,first stopIt's smaller than Pine Knob, it's more intimate with the band ,and i also found it to be less expensive, with a lot less drunks!Everyone had a great time and acoustics are great! . Bathrooms were clean. Merch table ( I saw 2) lines were long any band could always put a merch trailer outside the gates the day before, and this would help. I know Taylor Swift did this downtown, and I thought it was smart, even people who just like the band but maybe couldn't go can buy merch too. Obviously, people going could buy their merch the day before and wear it to the show..id just a thought. Lots of seat leg room and I'm notbsitting on my neighbors lap so thank you freedom Hill. I didn't wait in any lines and bought 2 shirts 35 dollars each, which is still under the average price this year of 50 dollars. I bought a 20-ounce drink pop and some chips 11 dollars.( at Pink Knob just the drink costs this) security was tight as people returned prohibited items to their car, and I heard people saying they couldn't get from the lawn to the pavilion with no pavilion ticket. It was the hottest night of the year with the humidity, and yet it's set up, so nice breezes come throughFREEDOM HILL was a place we'd go party at when I was younger. When no music played there, it was a band shell and never locked up . Even now, there is a park you can go to on off hours. They host festivals and local events when not hosting touring bands .I have pictures. I was 5 or 6 rows from the pit, and I wish more bands played here. The grueling ride to PK with the inasne orange cone filled traffic and knowing the drunk people who are super rude as they are drunk would have made me not go.which is a shame because I had the best time here !I posted longer videos but this app said it was cutting them to 30 seconds sorry .

Incomparable to the iconic likes of Red Rocks & The Gorge, but this is my new favorite Michigan venue. Saw my first show here recently and was impressed. Easy to find, super friendly staff, included parking, reasonable concessions, & many clean bathrooms! The smaller setting provides all seats with a clear view and the pavilion seats actually provide sufficient space! Only issue occurred upon leaving, as several overhead lights weren’t on, and thus we walked a dark path to our cars. Turn on the ding dang lights! Still 10/10 would return.

Went to a counting crows concert with my husband and sister in law. I was pleasantly surprised with the venue having never been there. It was super clean! Like I’ve never been to a concert with such clean restrooms! That’s worth mentioning!
