Personally i always have a good experience. Sometimes the wait is longer than expected but had some good and helpful representatives. They are always kind and professional. This is my go-to location. ??

So far Michigan 1st has had my back and are open at times that no other financial institutions are open so I appreciate them! The only reason they don't get the 5 is because I should have qualified for a personal loan that I applied for and did not other than that I have no problems.
