This store and their employees refused to let one of the victims that was shot (also was holding her child) twice in the Splashpad shooting into their store trying to escape the shooter and get help. DISGUSTING

This place is the most racist inconsiderate place you could ever visit as a African American citizen. They won't even consider you're time or money. I asked what phones I could get after giving my budget 150 200 realistically 300 and he scoffed at the budget shows me 3 phones. 5 minutes later as I'm researching the phones he says sir if your not going to buy anything I can't hang out in the store and preceded to ask if I would get anything. It was literally 5 minutes. DO NOT SHOP HERE

Lot of difficults to set my bill at store. I just got it calling Metro Customer Center directly.
I tried to cancel Wifi Gateway and to get the refund of I've paid inside the 60 days policy. No way! I keep the tool and no refund was done otherwise account credit. Not happy and do not recommend.

Disturbed by the customers infront of my wife and I in line they were so rude and ignorant but the gentleman working remained patient and nice, we ended buying what we needed we’re highly satisfied with the service and he explain how everything works and if needed we could call store for help setting up internet

I just got done having another store teach the man running this location how to do his job to assist me after tell me lies straight to my face of how he’s not able help and I need to call cs in order to get my transfer pin, while sending me on my way just for me to find out I need to go to any location and have them assist. I go back to the same store and he decides to argue with me that I need to go to a corporate office to be assisted, he gives me the information to contact them and when I do standing in front him she tells me any location can help, then he wanted to argue with her how he can not help, to finish this man asked me to call the lady back to have her help him!!! Absolutely ridiculous

He is a Scammer Rude. Don’t want to give no stars. Went in to transfer my daughter’s phone. Waited 30 minutes. The Customer Rep was on the phone giving out personal info pretending to be helping a customer in the store . Again no one is there but me & him. He kept saying hold so he can ask and will just pause and wait to give a different answer . It went on for 30 minutes. Then when it came to helping me . He was only concerned with how I was paying and when I let him know it would be debit he didn’t want to help me. Even though they take cards. Went to another meter pcs and was able to get the same service done for no charge. Definitely wouldn’t recommend .

This Metro store I ended up coming to by a fluke because I had ended being in the area In also ended up Meeting a Cool , down to earth Guy/Owner/Rep Not only did I get an Awesome Phone. I give this business 10 stars if I could.
I am so Grateful and glad I was in the area to Meet such an Awesome Person and just his character was so Welcoming. Sam's The Best Customer Service , Rep , I've personally done business with in such a very long time.
I recommend Anybody who doesn't want to get ripped off to go to this Metro store and get a great phone and honesty.
