Stylist: Lynn is the owner & I've been going here for years. She makes sure you are welcomed as soon as you walk through the door with a friendly "hello" and she remembers your name! She cares about her customers from her heart. My pedicure lasts almost 2 months with no polish chipping. Her great advice "frosts last longer " and they do. I have family & friends that have been going here for years and have seen other technicians who do an excellent job. I' ve purchased many gift certificates to enjoy this wonderful experience. Also, getting an appointment to accommodate your schedule isn't a problem. Pamper yourself in the wonderful massage chairs which truly are "spa" like. You won't be disappointed clean & friendly too.

I think the employees hate customers here! They are rude and talk to you like you are buying vegetables in a chinese flea market!!! Will never go back there again! Did i mention they will chop your fingers off if you dont tell them to be careful!!!!

Very disappointed as I really thought I had found my nail salon. I had been going here for almost a year until about a month ago. I had an appointment with Lin and she called to see if I could come in later and I told her "not a problem*. Everything was fine until she took a walk in for a manicure. The lady was waiting on her son to finish Karate next store. In the middle of doing my nails she started hers and began rushing mine, while painting. My nails were messy and I pointed it out to her. She then told me that she didn't have time to fix it because the lady had to pick her son up. Then she told me she would open up on Sunday morning so they could be fixed. First, I had an appointment which I had already changed the time to accommodate her. Secondly, I felt it was not right to take a walk in and be more worried about accommodating her. I was really disappointed, but she made me feel as thought I was in the wrong. I went back 2 weeks later and Lin gave me a late appointment as she told me that I wasn't happy last time. While there she was very rude and to top it off a customers mother came in because she wouldn't fix her daughters nail. Lin told the mother there was no time and she makes no money as it is $3.00 versus if she did someone else's for $60. This was the last time I went as Lin treated me like I was in the wrong for being upset.

One of the things I have seen in this nail salon some of the ladies are so mean and will tell you that they can't do your set it's too hard and I mean we are paying for it so their should be no problem.

If I could put a negative star review I would. I have been coming to this salon for about 8-10 years. I live in Auburn Hills now and I drove all the way over to Lin in Sterling Heights to have a full set done. From the moment I walked in Lin had a horrible attitude. I asked her for a pedicure which I was also scheduled for. She stated she could not paint my toe nails for a reason that made no sense so she ended up painting my toes clear with a thick band of white at the top - not cute at all. Then comes time for a full set which came out HORRIBLE. I planned to have my toes and my fingers match with a thin band of white for a skinny french tip look. Lin had pushed me numerous times to choose a different material - gel X - to use instead of acrylic. Despite telling her I did not want the gel X she made me so uncomfortable that I ended up saying okay. She saw and knew the design I wanted from the beginning yet she choose to use a clear Gel X plastic press on nail. THEN she used a SEE THROUGH bright PINK color to use as a base. After I told her I wanted a more neutral color for the base she chose yet ANOTHER SEE THROUGH color. After two coats the color, the nails were see through for about half the nail and when she went to apply the skinny white paint line it looked horrible. INSTEAD of apologizing and offering to fix it or refund me, she is EXTREMELY rude to me. At this point I had not given her an ounce of confrontation yet she had raised her voice at me, was grabbing at me when I told her not to continue, and was belittling me. I still sat through this and allowed her to run my card for payment WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN FREE. After this she stated she did not want a tip from me - but condescendingly stated she had just wasted three hours on me. At the end she could not fix my fingers after I politely asked her to. I still tipped them but I left CRYING because of how she treated me. THIS WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
Regardless of whether or not the nails came out badly is not as big of a deal compared to the way in which I was treated for a mistake that SHE made.
I tried to convince myself that I would not write this review and I never do because I do not want to hurt anyone's business. But the way in which she raised her voice at me, argued with me when I stayed neutral, grabbed at me, and belittled me pushed me to this place. In all the years I had visited her she had been rude but this visit was another level. The place was not busy at the time either.
Not to mention my nail fell off after ONE DAY and they look like nails I could buy at the pharmacy for $8. When I called back today to let her know it fell off and that the way she spoke to me made me cry, she continued to belittle me and say it was all my fault and not to come back again. I have never in my life been so hurt by a business especially one I basically grew up with and was loyal to. Lin used to do a great job at doing nails but has since severely declined in her skills and most importantly human decency to her customers. If you want someone who will LISTEN to what YOU want and do push for an agenda THEY want for YOUR nails and to just be talked nicely to, do not visit this place.

I made 2 appointments for 6pm. My daughter didn't get taken back until 635, my other daughter got taken back at 645, wad being helped, the tech left her until 715 and another tech came and finished. Both of my daughters were getting full sets. I was very disappointed with the service. Their nails look good, but how rude to just walk away from my daughter, not to mention how late they gotten taken back. (ETA we arrived at 535, so we'll before their scheduled time)

If I could give zero stars I would. They totally destroyed my real nails and then when I tried to tell them they wanted to charge $50 to fix it!! Filed my natural nails to the point they were bending and breaking and tried to blame my nails. I've been getting shellac on my natural nails and have had long nails for years with NO problems. I'm absolutely disgusted they don't stand by the quality of their work or their customers being satisfied. Nails so flimsy it broke within a couple hours. Do not go here!
