Ali and Leona were so absolutely helpful and made me feel so welcomed into the store. They repaired my jewelry on the spot and even inspected and cleaned my wedding ring for free!

I had my jewelry repaired multiple times No issues till today young lady was not very nice when I asked for my 14 k clasp back she said I was supposed to request that which I had never done before Any reputable jewelry store returns it to you.She said she found it but it was a smaller one than the original .It seemed like I was bothering her.Very unhappy with customer service I will take my business elsewhere from now on .If you are not buying anything they don't want to be bothered. After I wrote this I was contacted right away by Ali the manager at the Schoener store .He was amazing .He took care of the issue and I left there so happy .I will continue to take my business there .I recommend Lucido jewelry .It showed me they do care about the customer They are lucky to have such an attentive manager.Besides the most beautiful jewelry!

Excellent service and personalized attention. From the moment you walk in somebody is always welcoming you and making you feel comfortable.Ali in particular was outstanding, he managed secure a highly coveted Rolex watch for me after getting to know me not only as a customer, but as a person. We purchased a new Rolex watch for a family member. A gentleman named Ali was our sales representative. He had tremendous knowledge of the Rolex watches and was a true professional. Lucido is an excellent jeweler & Ali provided excellent service. We will certainly purchase from him again.

Joesph Ramaci did it again. I had been desiring this hard to find Rolex timepiece, the Starbucks and in just a little under a year he was able to secure it for my collection. Joesph was and as always, very accommodating, knowledgeable and polite. He took time out of his busy schedule to show me some other timepieces that I would like to purchase for my children when they get older and he went into depth about the sizing and color options of the different models. Joesph is an all around great asset to the Lucido team. I can't recommend him and his expertise enough. Go to him for all of your jewelry and timepiece desires. He will enjoy turning your dreams into a reality!

Bought a special order ring for my wife, for our anniversary. Extremely happy with the overall service from the store and Ali the manager. Ring was delivered on time with wonderful gift wrapping. Wife was really pleased with the ring.
