Online ordering = no issues. However, Curbside pick up is mismanaged. Followed instructions to checkin, waited 15-20 minutes with no order (large item which is why I used curbside). Called no one to answer at curbside. Customer service answered, stated that curbside only had 1 person and they were on lunch break, advised that customer service rep would come out. To deliver order. Waited another 10-15 mins no order. Called again, curbside finally answered stated they would be out after clocking back in. All total 25-30mins. WTH?

Lowes sells JUNK tools. I know they are supposed to handle Craftsman now and I've always had good luck with that brand at Sears in the past, but outside of Craftsman they market bottom-line quality junk. I bought an epoxy gun-brought it home to apply some silicon epoxy and the da-n rivets holding the handle/mechanism onto the body failed! This was during August so the epoxy wasn't cold or anything. Took it back, got a refund. OK, here I am two months later with the same need-so I decide to go back and this time purchase the best epoxy gun they have. Bought it, brought it back home and the da-n sheet metal handle failed as I was trying to apply the epoxy! I mean, come on! I'll take it back with the receipt and probably get a refund, but what about my time running over there and back? Not to mention the frustration. Lowes quality control group better get on the ball or they'll be OUT of business, selling bottom line junk to assure a bigger profit doesn't pay off long term, people start looking elsewhere for their purchases.

I went in to buy a vanity and to get help finding a contractor to install it. The website encourages you to come in and get help finding someone to install it. I asked an employee how do I get it installed and she sarcastically tells me to hire someone. She said that they don't work with contractors anymore. Seems unlikely that that's true but if it is they should update their website.

When speaking with the assistant manager at this store I found her to be very rude and unhelpful. She blamed everything and everyone, and never took ownership of the problem. I was never able to speak directly to the manager. If you are going to subcontract delivery companies to deliver appliances for your store... it is YOUR responsibility to make mistakes right. I will be taking my business elsewhere and suggesting friends/family/coworkers/neighbors do the same...

I ordered a new fridge mid March from this store and could write a novel about the horrible nightmare it's been. Every time I try to figure out the status of the order I'm told to call a different number, or that a different person is to blame for the delay. I could understand if it was just delivery delays due to supply chain issues, but I've had botched deliveries that damage the fridge and my house, and cancelled deliveries that left me waiting around for hours without a phone call to let me know it had been postponed. By May I called the store and cancelled the order, called Lowe's customer service and cancelled, and finally called the fulfillment center and cancelled. However, none of that made a difference and I'm still waiting for a refund. Again, every person I spoke to directed me to someone else and gave me a new number to call. Finally I ended up on the phone with Frank, the store manager, who told me I was making it worse on myself for involving so many people. Heaven forbid I try and figure out where my $2400 refund is. After being on the phone for over 2 hours today and being transferred to 4 different people the consensus is I need to wait 3-5 business days, and call back if the refund doesn't appear. I was told the exact same thing a week ago. Overall, they might have the appliance you're looking for but it won't be delivered, and good luck trying to get your money back.

I just went there and opened a credit card. They were offering A bucket of goodies, which included some cleaning supplies and other stuff just for opening a credit card. The woman that helped me, I believe her name was Sam l, was super sweet and super helpful. She even asked me to let her know about one of the mops I was buying, which made me happy since I love talking about cleaning supplies since I own a cleaning business :)

We ordered 3 exterior doors for our house about 6 months ago and after many many delays we are supposed to have them delivered today 3-21-22 for installation on Friday 3-25-22 .We were told that they would be delivered between 8-10 am, so after taking time off of work and making arrangements they have not showed up. I went to the store and the Store Manager preceded to spin the whole issue and not offer any solution at all. I have since called the store and have been informed that the doors and paperwork are still there and have not been picked up for delivery it is now 12:15 and it surely doesn't appear that they will be delivered within the allotted time frame. Needless to say that the doors have been at the building for about a month. DO NOT BUY FROM OR SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM, they are not on your side and do not care about the customer. The staff is nice but when I spoke to the manager it's a whole different story. He is not an understanding or nice person and even when I said I don't want anything for free I just want to make sure that this doesn't happen to anyone else he said do you want me to report to you how I handle my team. What the heck I am totally besides myself and upset with this company and who they allow to manage their business.So 1:15 pm I decided to leave and called the store about getting a refund they said they want a 20% restocking fee on a $7500.00 order Ha

Christmas is fully on here. Stopped to check out white metal shelves and slotted standards for the shelves for our store around the back room to put items off the floor. 4' standards for $12 and 6' for $14.

Louie helped me load 10 bags of mulch in my car. Thank you Louie.After I loaded the 10 bags on the cart, I really needed help to load the car. I am definitely getting older.
