My daughter has been at Lakeside for about a year and a half. She started in the infant room and has since moved up to the toddler and preschool room. We have loved her teachers. They can communicate through an app during the day but are always willing to give us a quick debrief at pickup. The center hosts events for mothers/fathers day, Easter egg hunts, and trunk or treats. I cannot recommend them enough!

I can not prop out the teachers and staff at Lakeside enough! My daughter has been going here for about 5 months now and adores it. I've seen in a short amount of time how much she has blossomed, becoming more social, and her speech getting better every single day. They truly care and treat your little one like their own.I also love getting updates throughout the day with the app. It makes talking about her day after I pick her up so much fun. She always has great things to say about her day - making this anxious mama happy to know she's thriving while I'm at work.

We can't overstate how great our experience has been with Chrissy and her team at Lakeside KinderCare. They treat their customers like family, and it's incredible how sincere the staff is in caring for and teaching the children. Our 3 year-old twins LOVE going to school every day. The Sterling Heights community is truly fortunate to have Lakeside KinderCare. Keep up the great work, and thank you for all you do!

The staff are the most professional and caring I've seen. They are all dedicated to the care and education of the kids, incredibly understanding when it comes to timing of arrives and pickup. After over a year of there services and caring for my little girl and can't say anything but thank you for there hard work and dedication to the children in there care.

My daughter has been at Lakeside KinderCare for just over a year now. We love the staff there. It's great seeing how much they care for her as if they are her family. When she gets dropped off she gets so excited to start her day with her little friends and when she gets picked up she doesn't want to leave! I have another little one starting in just a couple of weeks. They also have a great app where I am kept informed about diaper changes, feedings, and photos of her throughout the day. Makes me feel like I am a part of her day! I love knowing that my babies are being well taken care of!

Our son has been attending this facility for about 4 months now and we love it! They utilize an app and they track meals, diaper changes, naps, send messages and add pictures...it’s wonderful! He always seems so happy when we pick him up. Not to mention he is special needs (Down syndrome) and everyone treats him just like every other kiddo, while still being mindful of his needs, which is what we want. They follow all protocols related to covid-19. The communication is very good to the families.

I love KinderCare! I’m a first time mom and I was worried about leaving my daughter with strangers. The staff are super helpful and nice and treat my daughter like their own. They address any concerns you have and they are always updating you on your child’s day! My daughter gets a big smile on her face when I drop her off! 100% would recommend anyone coming here especially if it’s their first child!

We had an issue with a previous daycare. Our son has been here since he was 7 months old, and I cannot praise these women enough! They’re always there to listen to any concerns you have, hug your child when they’re upset or comfort them when they’re hurt.Our son was home for almost 3 months with the pandemic and would ask everyday when he gets to see these guys again. They love your children like they’re their own!

Thank goodness for Chrissy and the wonderful staff here at Lakeside KinderCare! Sending your child to daycare for the first time brings up many questions and even more emotions! They have made this transition so comfortable for my son... and let’s face it...mostly for me. ? I already see his language skills improving, in just a few short weeks. I can’t wait to grow with our new school family!

My kids have gone here for almost two years, and I could not of asked better people to look after them. My twin boys started at 12 weeks old. I was so scared and nervous because none of my other childern went to daycare that young, but after meeting them and seeing how well my boys took to them put me at ease. Honestly the ladies are more like second moms to my kids, then child care workers. They love going there, and are learning so much.

we have been taking our 2yo son there for almost a year, and they have been doing a great job. With Covid-19 they have the kids in small groups/pods with minimal interactions of other groups/pods. They track everything from potty, food, and activities through the day. We love the daily photos of the activities they are doing.

So happy we switched here. My son with special needs is happy to go to "school" now (whereas before he cried and wouldn't let go when dropping off at our old place). The staff are wonderful and very caring with him. The facility is big and clean, the kids go to different rooms to break up the monotony of the day and my little one is having so much fun with his new friends! Highly recommended!
