Your typical lab.Come early to beat the line. Open on Sunday! At least you can come inside before they open. Some places, you must wait outside until they open. This will be important in the winter months!Great place. Wait time will vary. Come early if possible. Long wait? Get some food, etc.Recommended

I am 75 and a hard stick. I told the lady when I went in and she relayed this to the phlebotomists. Kat did my blood draw and took her time checking both arms. Got it on first try without digging around. I am so pleased and grateful. Usually I get so apprehensive. Now I can relax. I will now always go to this lab.

Very professional staff, with processes very organized. Prompt service provided., and all questions answered thoroughly. Lots of free accessible parking onsite. Highly recommend.

This place has terrible wait times. They don’t value your time at all. I was told that there was going to be a 30-35 minute wait because they were short staffed. After waiting 1.5 hours, I went to follow up with the front desk to see how much longer it would be. The response I received was “they don’t like us going back there to check.” After insisting because it’s already been 1.5 hours, she finally went to check only to come back to tell me they they just started processing my order and it’s going to be another 15 minutes or so. They really do not value you as a patient or your time. Go elsewhere if possible.

Very nice staff, never too long of wait! Very convenient! I’ve been coming here for 13 years any bloodwork/X-rays never an issue. I bring my children here as well.

You can't claim to be able to care for children and adults with special needs..... Then leave everyone in a position of getting hurt. Today was absolutely horrible for my son that is autistic and cognitively impaired. I had one nurse plug her ears as my son was struggling. She came to help hold him and then kept letting go of his ankles. Flat out told me that she was too scared of him. They left to get other help as I struggled in the room alone with my son for over 10 minutes. They won't board or send us over to the emergency side for safer care. My son has some real heath concerns and he has to have his blood taken now more often...... I have asked if I can call ahead so that they can be ready with proper care... A staff that won't disrespect my child with special needs by plugging her ears. That's a no! "Because they have staff that can help." NOT TRUE AT ALL!It's extremely sad to watch Beaumont drop the ball on the special needs community this way.
