This pharmacy deserves the rating it gets. Everyone here is sadly so incompetent. I understand that they can't treat every prescription as urgently as we would like, but at least have clear and prompt communication with the customer. We aren't ordering these prescriptions for fun. Some people are really in pain or need them for their health. I'm glad I got impatient and had my scrip sent to a CVS. My prescription got filled in 20 mins verses 2 days waiting.

Horrible staff, horrible attitude, horrible service, all around absolutely horrible. Honestly this pharmacy needs to be shut down or the staff needs to be replaced. They are so rude and DENIED MY DISABLED MOM HER MEDS SHE CANNOT GO WITH OUT because they want to close early. With out a doubt never ever dealing with these people again!!!! If I could give a zero star I absolutely would.

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Slowest workers who never have anything ready when it should be.

If you're on crucial medication, This pharmacy will put your health and safety at risk! It's been 5 days since my prescriber sent my refill request and it hasn't been filled yet and now they're telling me that I have to wait another 6 DAYS to get my prescription refilled. I run out of my medication 2 days ago and now I'm having withdrawal symptoms. Unfortunately it's the weekend and I can't contact my Dr to have my prescription sent to different pharmacy.

I received messages that prescriptions were ready. When I got there only one of three was ready. This has happened repeatedly. One was out of stock. This is a very commonly prescribed medication, and not one that has been in short supply. How could they be out of stock?

On multiple occasions, I receive a text message that says prescription is ready. I go there to pick up a prescription however it is not ready. Some of them were vital medications. We talked to the manager about this issue. She said she was not aware that this was happening. She said she would try to fix this issue. However, we are still having this issue again and again.Unfortunately, I would have to change the pharmacy.

RITE AID COSTUMERS STAY AWAY!!! Went to pick up meds for both parents, same insurance they’ve always had. They normally paid $3-$4 after insurance…..at Kroger? They range from $35-$70 each. Not sure if they don’t know what they’re doing or if they’re just more expensive. Either way, looking for different pharmacy.Edit: Had my prescriptions transferred to another Rite Aid, paid $9.36 for the 6 prescriptions. After reading the rest of the reviews looks like this Kroger pharmacy is a mess, will not be coming back.

This pharmacy is just ridiculous. The staff working and the lack of training comes at all of the customers’ expense. My daughter needed an urgent medicine today (November 24 2023). I got home and realized it had been a very long time and they hadn’t texted me that my prescription was ready. So, I called at 5:00. First of all, I don’t understand why it is necessary for a PHARMACY to close early on thanksgiving. People are sick and need their medications. I call and am left on hold until about 5:30, which is when I had enough. They kept putting me on hold over and over, probably in hopes that it would reach 6and I would just go away. I had enough and showed up to the pharmacy, and their excuse was that they were “busy” and didn’t have staff needed for the medication so it would have to wait until the next day. They didn’t even bother to check at all.My daughter has a painful sore throat and an aggressive pink eye: some things can’t just “wait.” If you are so understaffed don’t open up a pharmacy when you can’t even do what is required of you. The staff is unbelievably rude and they have the audacity to start their robot message with “friendly Kroger.” They need to change it ASAP because there’s absolutely nothing friendly about the situation. And this is not the first time we have needed a medication and they have given it way past the point of ridiculousness. They constantly use the excuse that they’re busy even though it is an emergency and they have no priorities. The emergencies should be number 1. I will not be staying here. They are unfriendly, cannot depend on them, and they aren’t trustworthy to do anything except take your insurance’s and your money. It isn’t worthy here and I advise you to go find a REAL pharmacy that has trained staff, adequate staff, and an employer that pays their employees a livable wage so that they actually would want to work with passion. The underpaid employees affect the customers quality of life on a daily basis and it must be fixed.

I had high hopes when this Kroger Marketplace replaced a normal-sized Kroger across the street. I have mixed feelings about it.On the positive side, the extra space simplifies navigation. The checkout folks are very nice and so is the customer service (I left a bag full of stuff there once and they had it there for me). **Most** common items are usually in stock. On the other hand, some items (e.g., Kroger facial tissue) are out of stock a lot here when other nearby Krogers have them. Items are sometimes misplaced or hidden. Note to staff: customers don't like it when you fill the space of out of stock items with something else.FYI, I get really bad mobile reception in this store, unlike at any other area Kroger. You may want to use the guest Wi-Fi to be able to use the Kroger app (it is an unsecured network so you'll want to use a VPN).

Zero star actually. Told script was ready for pickup twice and it never was filled. Was told to pickup script Sunday they didn't have it in stock and no options left for me with doctor's office closed on Sunday. Was told Monday after 5pm and then received a call after 1 pm to tell me they still don't have it. No one has any clue what is going on and they will tell you anything just to rid of you.

The store manager Eddie is the nicest man! He was working today (Sunday) and I went in to grab some Starbucks cups that have sold out by me already. It takes about 45 minutes to get to this specific Kroger from my location. I asked if there was a limit and he said no, so I grabbed the amount I wanted (friends asked me to pick up also) and told him how excited I was and far I drove. Eddie decided that because of my drive he threw a cup in for me for free. What an incredibly generous person to do something like this, and he seemed like he is always this way. Shout out to the Starbucks employees and Eddie for making my day!
