I did once enjoy coming to this location, because of the prices, products and location is close for me. I wish all beauty supply stores/employees would understand that you would like to be able to look at the possible available selections and not be questioned, watched or followed.(I understand that they have right to do this).It can come across as profiling and make people uncomfortable. I guess I will start searching online for my hair products for myself and my clients.

Came here because I live in a more suburban/predominantly white area. Worst decision ever. The lady in the back “monitoring” the wigs was horribly rude. When I asked for a wig cap she acted surprised and like she didn’t want to do it. She acted like I couldn’t afford the more expensive wigs knowing absolutely nothing about me. She made remarks about my “thick” face assuming I wanted a wig to slim down my face. She also wouldn’t let me hold the wig like I was going to run out of the store when I had a whole baby with me. Talk about stereotyping?. When I tried to put the wigs on myself she moved my hand and kept trying to adjust it for me when I know how I like my wigs to sit. She treated me like an idiot and I don’t stand for that. Highly recommend never coming here unless you want to be belittled and stereotyped. Selection wasn’t anything special and the vibes were so off. Horrible establishment. I feel sorry for anyone else who has come here. On the good side, the man in the front held the door on my way out. That’s it….

The reason for the low rating poor customer service. The guy up front will say hello, but will not come on the floor to assist.He is very cold & distant, he will shout up the aisle number for the location of the products you are in need of. I.E. 5 B, 2 A, ect.A great selection of goods. But, I feel so unwanted in the store. I won't be back. I refuse to give my money to someone that treat me Soo poorly.I know they are Asian descent, but I'm a very personable, outgoing, friendly person.I felt his behavior was rude, unfriendly, stay away from me , keep your distance. No excuse for this type of behavior.I was not getting what I was senting out; kindness to your fellow man.

I was in this store 4/14/2023 and I over heard the woman/wife belittle this elderly black woman! I was so hurt and mad that I just sat everything down,I had and walked out! I will never return to this business! That was so mind blowing!
