“I was in a situation where I was a crime victim, and my iPhone was stolen. I went into the T-Mobile store with an old phone, and the associate was so kind and caring. He put a new SIM card in my old phone, and that made that phone operational with the number from the stolen phone. He also, made sure I knew what to do to have the phone remotely erased and identified as a lost-or-stolen phone with my Apple account. His help didn't cost me a single penny, and all he wanted to do was make sure I had an operational phone, and that the stolen phone was properly reported so it would be of no use to the person that stole it. A couple days later they helped me into a new iPhone, restoring my old backup (thank goodness for backups). My thanks to the associate "Wisam M." who provided immediate assistance and help, and the entire T-Mobile team for their continued assistance!!!”

Some are very knowledgeable while others just try to sell, sell, sell and things may not be the best product for you. If something doesn’t feel right or you haven’t really looked over the terms of a contract DON’T SIGN.”
