Never has their atm working. Its this huntington every time. The rest can have their atms working but this one likes to play games with you.

This is a great Huntington Bank location. I have used this location for over 20 years.The staff is what makes this bank so great. All the tellers are very friendly and always go above and beyond to serve their customers.I would highly recommend this Huntington Bank location.

No stars would be more efficient for this branch. The staff here is terribly unprofessional, lazy and don't know what they're doing. Every time I come to this branch I encounter a new problem. Which is an inconvenience because it's the one closest to my work!

I love Huntington and I love this branch. I've never had an issue with them or the tellers until today. I went in to get a cashiers check to pay my rent. When I went to the teller to ask for one I accidentally called it a money order. I tried to apologize and correct myself, but the teller immediately got snarky with me. Telling me in a rude tone that "we don't do that, and that my check HAS to be from Huntington to use it towards a cashiers check if that's what I actually need". I've been getting cashiers checks from this bank/location since December, so I know I can use my check no matter the bank. Either way the teller was very rude and I'm disappointed that such a good bank would hire such mean people.

First, I have never wrote a review in my life so that should say something. I was so dissatisfied that I cancelled my bank account with Huntington soon as I left this branch! They supposedly sent me a debit card in the mail over a month ago, which I still haven't received. I went back to the branch just to find out they could not assist me in any way until my card showed up (it's only been a month of waiting thus far)! This was by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The teller and manager were both extremely rude and clearly were of no assistance. I hope they both run into dilemmas one day and receive the same terrible treatment they gave me.
