I went there for a regular knee check up. When I was, I asked them if my visit is covered by my insurance. They said yeah. And a month later they send me a bill for $200 for the visit. This is so unprofessional and messed up. I would never visit them again!

If your suffering from mental health the ERs are a joke. It's a waste of time and money. They don't do anything but waste your time and give you more anxiety. The staff was nice otherwise.

The older Nurse & was very Racist to our family . i had a serious Blood clot in my leg . Even the Tech was racist and said I had no clot after the test . My foot turn Blue . Thank God I went to another ER . I will never go back . Every visit has been awful . Why hire Racist people against African Americans ? I can't be along in my Experience .

I’m at my wits end. I went into the same day clinic today for my shoulder. I have made several attempts to get treatment for this shoulder. I go thru Henry Ford for everything, I am a responsible patient, I take my care seriously. I document everything and I show up prepared for my appointment. I deal with chronic pain already, and I try to have reasonable expectations when it comes to management. I have a shoulder injury. Something is WRONG with it. This is the third time I have sought care for it- I’ve been on two different kinds of muscle relaxers, anti inflammatories, and I got a steroid shot last week. I explain all of this to the medical assistant and nurse practitioner- and both were just so dismissive the whole time. I’m sick of being referred out. It’s always, “well that has to be through your primary. That has to be through the pain clinic. That should be seen by a specialist.” MEANWHILE- I do, and have been doing, all of these things! The wait is very difficult when you cannot even sleep at night because it feels like your shoulder is going to explode. I do my follow ups, I take my meds, I do my job as a patient and it is not fair that I am expected to just suffer because of the bureaucracy of it all. Then, she wanted to do an x ray- but wouldn’t u til I have a urine sample. I couldn’t go. I’ve been out of there for two hours I still can’t get myself to pee. I sat there for 15 minutes then 20 minutes drinking water trying to muster anything. The clinic informed me they were closed at this point. I asked if I could just sign a paper stating that I’m not pregnant, and they looked at me like I had two heads. I have signed that paper so many times! She said she’s never even heard of that as an option. I never in my life have had to do a pregnancy test for an x ray! To be honest, it felt dehumanizing and like a power move. I am not pregnant. I know for a fact that I am not and I shouldn’t have to prove or explain that to be treated. I am already on a ton of medication that would interfere anyway, and I feel like it was just an excuse. So we left. I was sobbing. Aside from even that and dealing with the forced pregnancy test, I was just dismissed and invalidated the whole time. My fiancé and I tried to explain this and tried to explain why it is frustrating and she said we were just “taking it out on her”. That was not my intent, but if I’m being seen and right off the bat pretty much being told, “hey this really isn’t our job and we can’t really do anything follow up with someone else” how am I supposed to react? I’m incredibly frustrated and have been dealing with this for three weeks now and I am done.

I drive my mother here sometimes for appointments. Good environment. Nice clean parking lot & building. My only complaint is that they can sometimes take too long to get her in to see her doctor when making an appointment!

Beautiful clinic. Our first time and the weekend accessibility was fantastic! The office was visually appealing both in and outside.

This is the WORST ER EVER
I came in with a lump on my neck from an injury to my neck.
First ignorant thing; triage and nurse couldn't see the very visible lump and pushed HARD on my neck hurting me and said "I can feel his pulse"...
Second ignorant thing they say the CT scan will take only an hour yet it took 3 hours because the nurses and doctors dilly dally.
Third ignorant thing; I was in pain therefore I asked for some pain meds which the URGENT CARE even give you for then and they send a prescription;
The snotty nurse at this establishment said they couldn't send me home with any pain meds go to the dollar store and get some. UNBELIEVABLE!
Then while I'm waiting to get my papers to leave the nurses are simply being flirty and not doing their job at all talking about "I would go with any guy named Daryl. He could take me anywhere." It's no wonder they take so long getting to patients in the ER they're too busy flirting and being pure trash from the streets.
But wait there's more
Fourth and final ignorant thing is they put the wrong PCP on my papers and they put somebody's name with the number that doesn't even work there! They referred me to a specialist that doesn't take my insurance.
How stupid can these workers be? I'm warning you this is the worst medical facility ever it's a complete joke. All these workers don't care one bit about the patients in fact they treat them like a nuisance and a burden .
Horrible people disgrace to the entire medical field

This needs to be read for anyone coming across it. 5 stars for all of the other nurses and care but this needs to be said and was brought to the attention of a supervisor and the nurse I spoke to handled it well.
My fiance was suffering from a heart attack (we didn’t know until after being taken back). He had suffered another heart attack after being stabilized. When we walked in, now I promise I’m not racist at ALL but this is so everyone knows who this was. It was a bigger African American lady at the ER desk. We told her what was going on and she said go somewhere else when we told her the test that urgent care said he needed. My man was minutes from DYING and she tried to send him away!!!! We handled it with kindness and asked to be seen anyways so we got in the back.
My fiance was stable and he was so paranoid about his monitors going off considering he almost died TWICE. completely understandable. The lady had moved to the back area where we were so I did need assistance for the sake of my man’s comfort during this time. She WOULD NOT LISTEN OR TALK TO ME! she gave me a mean look raised her eyebrows and WOULD NOT EVEN TALK TO ME WHEN SOMETHING WAS NEEDED!
The rest of the nurses straight up saved my man’s life. This needed to be said and I’m not one to post reviews like this but HE ALMOST DIED BECAUSE OF HER Trying to SEND HIM AWAY!!! she is not compassionate and needs to lose her job.

I'm very happy with the ER. I got called right back and had tests and xrays in a timely manner. Results came quickly, and I was on my way. ?

Klever, Robert and his sidekick nurse with the smile grin, I did not go to your ER to hear about your luxury to be able to walk to your doctor’s office as needed because it’s so close to your home. So happy for you bud, your careless, and a follower of what I believe is negligence through hearsay of these famous charts all the doctors stare at and reference to more than the actual human being sitting in front of them.

I have dealt with very rude receptionist here at the office. Today when I called in for a prescription refill I was dreading it because of my awful experience with a rude girl a couple months ago.But to my happiness and surprise I was greeted by the most kind, sweetest person I have ever dealt with, her name is Brianna, and she was so nice I just had to come on here and brag about how wonderful she is, and that was only speaking with her for 3 minutes! She brightened my day and I know she will brighten yours too!Sincerely,Lisa Church

Where do I start? Me my daughter and dog suffered a horrific car accident sunday which left us injured, in pain and traumatized. When i tell you me and my daughter had a team of angels working with us and for us , i get emotional just thinking about it. Dr.Anderson, Nurse Kathy,Nurse Virna and Nurse Mary Jane were sent from heaven— we will be forever grateful. The amount of care, attention and going over and beyond was unprecedented. Thank you all for your care and services!
