I love the ease of check in with the app. I take my 5-year-old to get his haircut here and they can always squeeze him in. They've done a good job and I love the coupons. We'll be back.

I usually get great service from Great Clips and been going to Great Clips for the last 5 years. This visit was very strange. My stylist, Courtney, seemed to be in a rush, did not communicate much, and did not spray any water or anything to my hair before the cut. I asked for a layered cut on the front and to start it from under my chin, and a U-cut on the back as my usual haircut. First she didn’t cut enough to get rid of split ends on the back and my layers were too long on the front. So I asked her if she could start my layers from underneath my chin and cut a little more on the back to get rid of my split ends, she again started cutting without examining or asking me or showing me where to cut. I ended up with super short layers on the front and back. I’m not the confrontational type so I couldn’t go back and forth at the spot. This was so disappointing. Don’t think I’ll be returning to this location.

the last 2 times ive gone here the stylist have cut my hair WAY too short with zero way to be fixed. i went to today and asked for a “little trim” and told the stylist where i wanted the hair to be, mind you i asked for my fringe to be trimmed because it was getting to an annoying length and was always in my eyes. i showed her where i wanted it around the middle of my eyes so i could still style it (at this point my hair was around my nose while wet) and she cut my hair right below my eyebrows right away. there was zero way for it to be fixed she jusy chopped all my hair in one go and then tried to blend the pieces together just making it shorter and after i had said its too short and went and took more off in her attempt to “fix it”. never going back again. im attaching a before and after picture.

Stylist was helpful in trimming & freshening up my curly hair. The store was clean, and the staff was pleasant. I initially went there because it was a walk-in with no waiting time that day. I would recommend .

Checked in online. Waited 30 minutes just to get cut in line by somebody who didn't. Looked like a personal relationship between the stlyist and the young man. Maybe her son? Or Friend? I've been going here for a long time and it didn't make me feel too good. So I left.
