The owner was a very helpful guy! When I had a problem with the lottery machine I asked the owner for help, he kindly walked over to me and asked me what is the problem I told him the issue he kindly opened the machine and gave my ticket with no problems whatsoever I highly recommend this store not just for customer service but the store in general is very clean! Thank you Goose liquor, I will be coming here more often!

Went to buy some lottery tickets at the machine in this location. I bought three cash is king/queen tickets worth 30 dollars but the machine malfunctioned. I told the old man to for some assistance and he rudely says ''What do you want'' ? While smoking a cigar in front of my face. I told him that the machine isn't working. He reboots it and it prints out two instead of three. Than this old man blames on my debit card and I showed him the receipt that says I have to get three. He then rudely points at the lottery number and runs away. Such terrible customer service. I don't understand what his personal problem is. no wonder the other reviews speak the same. No refund, no third ticket, yet you have a machine that's not working properly that's still open. Also, I'm calling the health department for indoor smoking which is against michigan law. 333.12603

Old man in the store working around 8-10 I handed him my ID and he said it was expired and I was underage. You had your finger covering up my birthday. Also it’s good for up to 30 days it’s the law. I work for circle K and I’m a team lead and if someone can’t do their job he shouldn’t be there.

I usually don't leave a review! I'm a regular customer at this store but today I was chocked but the customer service!! I bought a breeze vape and I had 2 puffs then stopped working and went back to the store I told him what happened, he was smiling in the beginning then all the respect was gone and start talking to me in a bad way like i'm not saying the truth and said no I can't exchanged and turn his back and start doing what he was doing! I really don't care about the $18 but I thought it's my right but I will never go there again! Not just me all friends and family. Yes I agree with the policy but that doesn't work when it's not working or maybe it's fake that first, 2nd give your Clients some respect and don't turn and leave just because this is ur policy! And you could said it better in a nice way. Ur apologies not accepted.
