The store was empty when I walked in. Had one female employee working. Wasn’t the friendliest. Asked about a system I was thinking about purchasing. Was rude about answering my question. Felt like I was disturbing her when I needed help. Could tell she was annoyed. Definitely not coming back to that GameStop.

Employee refused sale of gift card. Tried to gaslight me by saying it was GameStop policy to limit the sale of cards to $200 even though the card gives the option of going up to $500. Why is this such a hard thing?
