I saw Kaylee for my first visit today. She did an excellent job on my hair. I was looking for a precision angled cut and root touch up which she mastered! Kaylee was thorough, polite, and gives a fantastic head massage during the wash! I’ll def be returning. Thank you!

This place is Amazing. Been going here now for the past few months and the owner (Christy) is too fine and does really good work. Everyone is super nice and I couldn't be happier with service. Will absolutely be coming back.

I went into the Gallery Hair Studio for the first time today with blonde roots, leftover black,brown,and purple! I asked Kaylee to highlight and blend my roots into everything, so that I could grow my original color out. I am absolutely astonished that even after previously having my hair dyed black, that Kaylee was able to tame the beast I presented her! After only one session, I'm already at a natural color. Kaylee's truly skilled at what she does. I cannot express how amazed I am with the results. I will definitely be back. 11/10 ?Services: Hairstyling

Canceled on me last minute and told me they can’t do my hair the day before my birthday, no one seemed to care and I even tried calling them and asking if anyone can do my hair, never received a message!! Trash

Haven't treated myself in a while as I am always doing for others and recently broke my leg so have been really down and out. Thought I'd treat myself by buying a Groupon from here. My beautician retired so I didn't know anyone in area so I thought Groupon would be low risk and if I liked I'd stay with the person. I was excited and I called on a Sunday and I realize that most places are closed on Sundays but, hey, it lead to a VOICEMAIL BOX and it asked me to leave my name, number, and the name of the stylist I wanted to work with. Well, I have never been there so I had no clue who I wanted to work with, and that's what I said in the VM. So Sunday passes and then Monday passes with no return call. And I realize that most salons are closed on Mondays so I don't think much of it. So Tuesday comes along and I call again just before noon, I remember because I was watching Let's Make A Deal and my "routine" is to make all my calls in the morning, I don't call people in the p.m. as I am usually busy as the day progresses. Regardless, NO ONE RETURNS MY CALL. So now it's Wednesday, and this is what I'm thinking, this business has NO RECEPTIONIST AT ALL? This business HAS A GROUPON, but HAS NO ONE ANSWERING THE PHONE AND NO ONE TO RETURN A CALL? WHY? SURELY SOMEONE HAS LISTENED TO MY MESSAGES BY NOW!! 2 MESSAGES!! It's Wednesday afternoon! So at this point, I've lost all hope. I'm NOT calling a 3rd time because at this point it would be considered stalking. These people obviously cannot fulfill the services they advertise. I called GROUPON and politely requested a refund and also notified them of my difficulties getting a hold of this business and of the situation. I let them know what they did. So Groupon notified them on Friday. SO HERE IS THE BEST PART, GUESS WHO FOUND THE TIME FINALLY TO CALL ME AND OFFER ME AN APPOINTMENT (AFTER I REQUESTED A REFUND FROM GROUPON) ON FRIDAY???? GALLERY HAIR STUDIO!!!! ONE WEEK AFTER MY INITIAL VM! The first girl acted like there was nothing wrong, " hi, we were wondering if you were still interested?"...I asked why did it take you so long to call me? and she said " oh we only got your Tuesday VM" so from that I knew they already spoke to Groupon. She handed me to the owner who was like " yeah? ". Completely unapologetic and actually PUT THE BLAME ON ME!!! All i did was buy HER GROUPON and CALL TO SCHEDULE and because I left a VM at an inconvenient time for her it was my fault that no one called me back!! She was AWFUL! She said usually people schedule directly with the beauticians they want. I said but I don't know them! That's why you have the GROUPON, to meet them! She said, she's not fully staffed cause of covid. I said , then don't have a groupon if you can't fulfill it!! BUYER BEWARE!!!! Thankfully Groupon was kind enough to offer a full refund and I am going to a legit place that at least has a receptionist.

i got my hair done by kaylee & she is so kind and professional. she knew exactly what i wanted and delivered beyond my expectations. comfortable environment and great prices! 10/10 definitely recommend

I love this salon & the ladies that work here! They are always professional and friendly. My wife always leaves happy and is constantly complimented on her hair. Christy and Kaylee and all the ladies do a great job. I especially love how fair their prices are. They are kind hearted people. One time I came in to pick up my wife & the barber shop I had went to messed up my beard. Christy offered to fix it immediately for me - for free. She's a sweetheart and it's always a good visit when stopping in. They truly value their customers and treat them like family.

I love this salon! All the girls are friendly and treat you like family! The atmosphere is relaxed and laid back which is refreshing. There's always drinks and snacks available. The best part is the prices are fair and affordable! Christy Farabaugh does an incredible job! She's a perfectionist and I constantly get compliments on how she cuts my bangs. I highly recommend making an appointment with her!
