I ordered two grips like six months ago. They charged my card immediately and I got a tracking number that said it was shipped but it never updated after that. I’ve tried to email them and have not had a response. And then out of nowhere, they show up like six or seven months later, after I’ve already bought one from a different company. Not to mention the texture of the grips are not even very good. It’s really not even that grippy. It’s kind of smooth. I’m very happy I bought a different one.

Like most people on here I got burned for $45.00 before realizing it's too late. I use a foxx holster every day that I bought off ebay. Bought direct from the company this time and my payment was processed immediately and the automatic email was sent to me confirming my order. Weeks later no tracking, website no longer exist and phone number not in service. How is this even legal?

Ordered mag pouch July 13, 2023. Never heard from them again. Do NOT order anything from them. Phone is disconnected, emails unanswered. I wish that I had read these reviews prior to ordering. Again, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Used to love these guys, have multiple holsters from them. But now I ordered a holster for my brother's birthday over a month ago. They charged me immediately, sent a confirmation email, now nothing. I've emailed 4 times with no response and now I have to see if I can get my money back with the bank. Wish I had checked recent reviews before I ordered because that seems to be their MO now. Avoid like the plague.

Don’t waste your money with this company. Currently working with my credit card company for a charge back. They do not answer emails . Waste of time website should be brought down as it’s fraudulent website.

Like others have said, they stole my money and never responded to my emails. I wish I would have read the reviews on them before I ordered from foxx. Don't buy from this company. What a waste of time and money

I had been ordering for many years and their products & service were once good. However, my recent order in early May/2023 just got ignored after waiting for 20 days with no shipping or tracking information. Emails to them went ignored. Their phone number has been disconnected. I discovered on the internet that they have essentially folded-up and gone out of business leaving many people just hanging with payments lost. I notified my bank's Visa fraud department and they instantly restored my money the same day, saying that once they confirmed the company has indeed vanished or is unprofessionally treating me with an honorable ignorance . . . my refund would remain permanent. It's a shame because they truly WERE a good company with great holsters. Professionalism should have dictated they at least contact customers as to their going out of business and immediately returning everyone's money. Sadly, we're in a different world now where ethics just doesn't exist anymore with so many people and companies. My business now goes back to CROSSBREED AND ALIEN GEAR :)

This company is trash! I am kicking myself for not checking their Yelp review before paying them in advance. Do yourself a favor and find another company. This company will NOT deliver the product that you pay them for. They will NOT update you as to why your order is delayed and they will NOT answer your messages via their website or via email. I paid the price so you could learn the lesson. Just to reiterate, this company is TRASH!

Ordered an OWB holster on April 8th. Confirmation email stated ships in 4-5 days. It's now been 9 business days and nothing. Tried contacting twice thru their website and sent a direct email as well. Nothing but crickets.Filing a claim with my cc companyAvoid at all costs

I placed an order on April 1, 2023. Their website stated orders were shipped in 4-6 days, excluding weekends. Well, it's April 24, and no sign the holster has shipped. They send me a confirmation of the order, but its status remains Unfulfilled. I have reached out multiple time via their website and email, no luck. Now I try the phone number listed for them, to be told the call cannot be completed as dialed. Can anyone tell me how to get hold of them? They have my money, I have nothing in return.
