Jacki the owner delivered them personally in the late afternoon.. on Mother's day! Rustic Root created the most gorgeous bouquet and pocket boutonnière for my wedding day that lasted perfectly through 16 hours of driving as well as running around very windy areas in Northern Michigan. Our flowers added such a beautiful pop of color to my elopement photos and I couldn’t be happier with them. Their customer service is fantastic and they accommodated me so well. I almost went with fake flowers for my elopement because I didn’t think real flowers would last through so much travel but they sure did!!”

“I love them here! I went in the day before Valentine's day to order a custom arrangement for my mom. It was very important to me and my family as it was the first Valentine's Day without my dad who recently passed away. I requested no red roses because my mom told me they would just remind her of his passing. So they made a GORGEOUS arrangement of white and pink flowers. “My grandfather asked me to help him arrange to send two dozen yellow roses to his sister for her 95th birthday. He’s always sent her yellow, but that wasn’t a preset option on their website. I called and though stock was tight, they ensured she’d be receiving yellow roses the following day. Today I received several gleaming messages from her and her daughter about how they were the healthiest most perfect roses. Marianne said she’s never received a lovelier bouquet in all 95 years of her life. The way those roses made her feel is absolutely priceless. “I've been coming here for years and won't go anywhere else! The staff is great, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They always have great holiday decor and arrangements. Their prices on mums and pumpkins are great! Their cut flowers are beautiful and premade arrangements in the cooler make it super easy for me when I'm in a rush. My favorite thing there during Christmas is the small poinsettias. I usually make a couple of visits and grab a bunch of them and give them to friends and family. So much so they might just be expecting them each year now. Many of the arrangements I've seen ready for delivery have been gorgeous. Check them out!!!”
“My baby got me some flowers from there I really love them ?❤️?❤️?? they got my name wrong on the card but everything else was right except my name them flowers died too fast even though I kept them in the sun for sunlight and for some of reason the water was smelly funky like water from the sewage had to keep changing the water and it still had tht smell”
