This bank just transitioned to a new bank and closed online banking for 3 days. I tried calling to see if a customer service rep could tell me what is in my account and after calling 5 time to try and get through to someone because I had to keep trying different option before the automated robot finally transferred me I was told they can’t even access my account. Absolutely ridiculous that it was so hard to get through to someone. I definitely recommend not using this bank if you like calling and speaking to a real human over a dumb robot.

The ATM has been down at least two days this week, possibly longer. If you need to do anything inside or drive thru, this location is great. It's disappointing that the ATM is down on a seemingly weekly basis though.

I can't work these ATM machines anymore. Trying to do a deposit and it spits the money back and some of the money flies into the air, I have to park my car in the ATM lane to retrieve my money... I've had enough, it's been 4 years and I'm done. I'm going to a new bank on Monday. Every location is the same, ATM machines consistently malfunctioning. BYE!

Worst bank ever especially the loan officer Sandra Fuller if I was you I would take my business else where and never ever work with Sandra Fuller to help you with buying a home she is a horrible person who likes to play games and string people along was approved for for home loan she knew what my husband made what we paid out his credit score found a house nope wasn't good enough wrong County finally find one put in an offer offer was excepted nope sorry now we don't qualify for that program now we can get a different program then to be told nope sorry can't buy the house now for this reason or that reason she did nothing but play games with us for over 6 months now we r left without a home no loan and lost what would have been our forever home we are not the only people she has done this to either I know of at least 2 other people she played games with and they almost lost there home ended up having to go to another bank for a different loan this bank is a joke and so is the loan officer Sandra Fuller it's been 6 months of games with this lady/bank to be left with nothing now because of her and the bank this place is a joke and I will never go back to this bank and will definitely tell everyone not to take there business here or to this loan officer!!! We were approved repeatedly had us out looking at houses putting in offers for nothing!!!

I was referred to Melanie by a friend and she took care of all my banking needs along with some unforeseen business. Melanie was courteous, friendly and on top of everything. I would recommend this banking center to all my friends.

This Flagstar branch is one of the best branches I had ever visited. Everyone there was super friendly, and they all had a smile on their faces. Delon was exceptionally an outstanding, helpful, and genuine person who was so happy to assist me and guide me in making the right decisions. I would recommend this branch, and Delon, especially for anyone who is trying to visit this location and open a new account there.Best Regards.

Wes Jenkins at the branch was so helpful to me! I am not a Flagstar client, but came in to cash a check drawn off the bank. Most branches make you feel like a criminal in that case, but not here! Very friendly service and I could tell he was smiling behind his mask:) Nice for a change!

We just closed on our new home with Flagstar and we could not be happier. We made an offer on January 4th it was accepted the 5th and we closed todY Feb. 1st. The process was smooth and no mistakes! If you are looking for a mortgage see Sandra Fuller at Flagstar Bank. I have bought multiple homes and never had a better experience! Thank you Flagstar and thank you Sandra!!!
