A teller at this bank gave a person with a similar name to mine money out of my account because they were not trained or were just unqualified for banking. At first I was told it was identity theft and I should call the police and report it. Then they called me back several hours later to say JK LOL, it was a mistake.
I’m closing my account as soon as I get my set of checks.
The manager who called me back was a defensive jerk and had no way to help and no clue what happened.
Don’t bank there!

I deposited my check in the bank and they put the check on hold and it has been 10 days plus the check was from a dealer.

Walked in with no wait teller said will be right with you 20 minutes later with no one waiting I walked out. Poor service happened @910 am 9/12/23

I can't go to a branch to pay my mortgage with CASH?!?! So confused. Stupidest thing I have ever heard of! I have a mortgage payment with Flagstar. I cannot go to a branch to make my payment with cash!??????? Makes perfect sense right?????? No, but I can Western Union them the money. What a joke.

Very dishonest employees at this bank location. Starts from the manager CYNTHIA and her assistant REHANA and down to the tellers!! Don’t deal with them!
