I think I've had it with this bank in general. Their ATM machines are the absolute worst, in the history of banking! Has no one taken a Six Sigma course to get this handled? My gosh! And it's not just one location...they all suck! In this day and age of online everything, PLEASE!! SOMEONE DO SOMETHING!!

Changed my checking from a credit union I had been with for over 20 years. There service had declined. Decided on Flagstar due to their reputation for being a hands on people oriented bank.Was very happy with Michael Daniel's as my personal person at local office. I also Changed over my savings after talking with Mike.
