For the past year, I have been trying to get reimbursed for incurred cost due to the negligence of a service person at this FirestoneThe service tech lost my wheel lock, and when I discovered it, they replaced it however, I did not realize it was the wrong wheel lock until I needed it while on vacation.So I had to get roadside service, who had to break the lock, which resulted in additional cost to replace the peg.I have been trying to get reimbursed for my inconvenience for over a year. Each time I called the store I’m told it’s submitted to corporate when I email or call corporate. I’m told the same thing so I believe they are completely ignoring me hoping I go away.The amount is not even that much, so I don’t think it’s the cost. I would not recommend any Firestone dealer because of this practice of ignoring customers when there is an issue

I absolutely love the staff. Very honest and consistent. They always are willing to accommodate me and my teams fleet of vans. The service is unmatched!

Although I booked my appointment online I still had to wait close to an hour. The attendant told me that booking online makes no difference.Besides this, service was great and they repaired my tire quickly once the vehicle was in the bay.

They tried overcharging me for a low quality tire. I told them instead to put my spare on so I could take my business somewhere else. They then proceeded to cross thread one of my lug nuts with God knows how much torque.

Awesome when I called to get pricing, but got an attitude when I tried to update about time being wrong on Google (says they close at 7, but they really close at 6). Was told "They don't control the google" (even though it's the company page). Was just being friendly and informing, but if just giving information gets clap backs, what's to tell what the service would be if I said something they didn't like? No thanks.

Dave (manager) was great. I had a flat tire and was able to pull right in as they opened at 7am. He got me in right away, fixed the tire and got me out of there within the hour. Pleasant and nice store to wait in as well. Thanks again and will be coming back for sure!

Store opened at 7am. I walked in and was immediately told "no technicians are here until 8:30." I asked if I needed to make an appointment and rather than suggesting an appointment on another day, I was again told "no technicians are here until 8:30 and we're already booked for today." I'm really not clear on how they're open at 7 if they can't even discuss the possibility of booking an appointment until 8:30.I'm terribly sorry I offended the clerk by trying to give Firestone my business, and have learned from the error of my ways.

The woman who works here makes it hard over the phone for no apparent reason when are just simply asking a question. The fellas here will get job done rather if it's over the phone or in person, good job to them, the women must stop being so uptight. If you don't like working there easily get another job, simple.

I was given a rental from Enterprise that within 10 miles had a low tire alert. Stopped here just before closing and was given amazing customer service. The associate, Daniel, was extremely helpful and got me out the door quickly. Would highly recommend this location! Thank you!

Seems like the Firestones here in Michigan like to make their own rules. You speak to corporate and they tell you how it is. But when you speak to these people working at the stores they tell you something different. Let me ask this; if I'm traveling and my car starts having issues so I decide to take it to my nearest Firestone. But they tell me that since I had work done on my car regarding the issue at a different Firestone they want me to go back to that specific Firestone. Yet corporate tells me that's not how it's done. Which I know this because I'm a former Firestone employee. But I guess we make our own rules here. Also if I felt disrespected or uncomfortable going back to a specific Firestone so I want to change stores? Are you telling me you don't care about how I feel? Never have I ever had as many issues with Firestone until moving to Michigan. More specifically, these Detroit -metro locations. This isn't even the worst of the issues I've encountered since being here. I have zero respect for the Firestones out here. So shameful.

If you are a woman go somewhere else!!!!! I made an appointment ahead of time, the day before a trip. When I got there they had the appointment but couldn't guarantee anything I was told on the phone. Then men behind the counter were beyond disrespectful and honestly I felt so uncomfortable and discriminated against I left and went somewhere else.

Great staff, professional, courteous. This location with the team they have working there have absolutely made every time I return an experience that makes me say "wow I didn't think they could get any better with customer service". Thank you for showing that dedication to a job well done from start to finish is at the core of this locations operations.

Liars pocket money from customer tried to charge me a 100 dollars to change a head light when I said no he his face change and said it was a glitch in the system it was 27 dollars they never wanted to give a receipt. These are thieves. Please don’t go here.

I was hesitant about bringing my vehicle to this location after seeing the 3.7 stars out of 5 rating, i gave this place a chance. The female employee with the fish bowl cut was not welcoming as soon as I walked in. Not only was she rude right away she was in a bad mood already, our interaction was nothing but expected from a place that has a low rating. Not to mention the help wanted sign out front, would not be surprised if this place has a high turn over rate because of the environment inside.
