Horrible experience tried to cash a check that was issued by the bank and they tried to force me to open up an account and when I said I didn’t want a account they refused to cash the check because there was two names on it even though we were both present at the time. I called another 5third bank and got the check cashed with no problems they really need to train their staff better at this location I would give 0 stars if I could

Needed to see someone to add a 2nd person to an account, was too busy to help me on a Friday at 11:30am wanted me to make an appointment and come back...went to a different branch was in and out. This branch needs to be closed

for being new to the banking system in this country i was treated with the outmost respect and friendliness i have ever seen the manager faith ,and hannan the personal banker went above and beyond their duties to make me comfortable and help me understand everything that i needed to know thank you very much for everything

One of the most friendly 5/3 banks around, always take the time to make me feel valued and appreciated and respected. (Even if there was a lack of funds lol)
