My package is now 4 days late and now on the local delivery truck but not yet delivered. It just seems like this company doesn’t care. You would think a delayed package would be delivered first. That would be the right thing to do and good customer service.

My fedex.shipment coming from sterling heights facility said failed delivery attempt but i was watching the door the entire time. A signature was required. A truck pulled up at 4 oclock and then drove off without approaching the home. At 615 i got an update that failed delivery because resident not home or business closed. I called customer service and they do not help me locate package or resolve issue. Best buy also contacted me telling me that fedex tried to deliver and i wasnt home. Frustrating that they lie and say it was attempted when it wasnt. They said it will be there the following day and it wasnt.

Lost my package. "Closed investigation" 24 hours later and refunded my 13 dollars shipping but I'm left with no product and no information whatsoever. Customer service left me on hold for an hour while they closed for the day hoping to get rid of me.
