Absolutely terrible customer service at a high-level event. I will not tarnish the event or location as they performed wonderfully, but EA Graphics was unreasonable on so many levels! I would never send anyone to these people!!

Ordered shirts from them to sell in my retail store. Ordered over 6 months ago, and still have not received my items. Reached out several times, and no response. Meanwhile other shirt printing companies I ordered from less that 3 weeks ago have sent me all items, even many of them personalized. This will be our last year ordering with them. Usually over a $35k order. This year I only did a $7k order in hopes that they could get my items to me in a timely manner. Very disappointed.

Bought 3 t shirts for 20.00 each from e a graphics at dayton arena on 3/9/2023...an ohsaa event....they ran my card on a separate transaction for an additional 100.00 without my knowledge.... Called them and nothing is being done to credit my account. They can run your card for any amount, obviously without you knowing. Now I'm stuck paying 100.00 which I never purchased!!!! Be very leary of this company.

Great company! I've always have been very pleased with the products that I have purchased. I recently purchased an item with a very small factory defect and they were quick to send out a replacement. Great customer service ?

Got my company shirts later than the event, when they were ordered more than two wks before and with expedited shipping. Customer service wouldn't even refund part of the shipping.

I have tried ordering various items from EA Graphics and I've never been pleased with the time it takes to arrive or the online selection. So today I called for appeal at an event from over a Month ago. I told her clearly that I was in one of the events and when I went back to buy a shirt so I wouldn't have to carry it around, the table and the person at the table were long gone. This has happened to me before with this company. Next time either stay for the whole event or get the stuff that is left over on your website. Terrible showing by yet another terrible business. If I were Special Olympics or the MHSAA, I would drop this company and find a better company more motivated towards Customer Service. They had enough shirts to stay open, they just didn't want to. For that, this company should be ashamed.

Paid for a Wrestling Regionals shirt on February 16, 2019. Still waiting on delivery. Office staff on 3-8-19 said it would be mailed. Still waiting.
