I was inside taking my time looking for something and the guy got upset with me for having not bought something yet. I assured him repeatedly during that interaction that I was going to buy something. When I checked out he also did not apologize for repeatedly acussing me of being suspicious or loitering or whatever. On another occasion I brought to keys to get copied here and he just gave me two copies of one of the keys. I’m done with the dollar mansion. I usually really really like family owned dollar stores but the guy ruins it

Their prices is high, and they want to charge for paying with CC, went to the next door Dollar General and it was cheaper and no CC charge.

I was in the store Dollar Mansion store today at 15 and Dodge Park, and the man working, Owner possibly, told me I had to leave bc I hadn't picked anything up after being in the store for 15 minutes. I was in there with my kids, trying to get a few ideas for last minute Christmas gifts. I was going to send the kids out with my husband so I could purchase the items, so no, I didn't have any items in my hands as to not show my kids what I was going to buy. He told me I had to leave bc I wasn't shopping and he didn't want people in the store that weren't buying. He actually said he gave me a chance. I got upset at first, but decided to just take my business down to Dollar General in the same plaza. They were more than welcoming and didn't care that I didn't have anything in my hands after just a few minutes. He said I was just waiting for the CDC pallets store to open. Which, he was correct, we were waiting for that store, however, that didn't mean I wasn't going to buy anything from him.Just beware that if you decide to shop there, make sure you aren't just browsing and you pick something up within the first few minutes of being in there.

Dollar Mansion, the people are always nice and friendly ?. Prices are kinds like Dollar General ?, but your basic neighborhood Dollar store, loaded with everything you'd need. Good store ??

I've been going to this place for over 7 yrs. Store has a large variety of goods at reasonable prices and the owners are very very nice people. You should stop by if in the area and check it out.

I have never experienced such a vile response from an employee. The store is Dollar Mansion, so I asked is everything a dollar? I can't believe an innocent and reasonable question could trigger such a nasty response, do you go in the dollar store and ask that question? I said, no because it says dollar in the name, as does yours. A few more words were exchanged before I stopped myself from getting swallowed up in his negative energy. I came back to myself and realized I didn't have to spend my money with someone who would be offended by a question. I didn't question his existence, but maybe I should have. Maybe they should have someone work the front of the store who isn't threatened by a question.

I went there to buy some candy for my cousins birthday and there was everything I needed. The employees were very nice, helpful, and welcoming. I will definitely be visiting again.
