I stood in front of the empty service write up area for 15 minutes. People kept going in and out from the service area but never said anything to the 5 people in line. This has happened 3 times now. I will never go back. Its humiliating to stand there and beg for attention to spend over a thousand dollars. The manager needs to find a different job.

They made a major mistake on putting aluminum weights instead of steel when I purchased 4 new tires. Need I say more? Just be cautious and make sure the so-called "trained" employee does the job right.

Called ahead and they got me in for an alignment same day but that's where the positives end. 2016 Subaru XV. Ridiculous stream of events:
1. After initially getting my car on the rack they told me toe on a couple of tires needed to be adjusted. BUT they can't do it because my car was throwing an OBD code. I know for sure there were no codes driving in.
2. When I confirmed there were no OBD codes on the dash they told me that there's a stored code. I know that's not true (even checked the car once I got home with a dealer tool).
3. When I asked for what the code# was they 'couldn't remember' then quickly changed their statement that actually their tool can't communicate with the car correctly.
4. When I asked if they have had this happen before I was told they've only ever aligned 2 Subarus in the history of the store so they can't confirm. LMAO.
5. I finally asked why they needed OBD comm. to do an alignment anyway (they don't) I was told that they need to reset stabilitrack on the car so "it knows where it sits now compared to previous alignment otherwise the AWD software will make the car pull in different directions". I have never heard such a wild statement in my life. This is a 2016 XV and has no such sensors or system. In fact Stabilitrack is a GM system and usually only needs to be reset if the steering angle is adjusted lol.
I don't understand what is going on with this store but it's unacceptable to have a customer take the time to come in and then make such ludicrous claims. If they didn't want to give me an alignment they could have just said refused my business when I called earlier in the day.

I had a Saturday appointment to get new tires and was going to try to get an alignment too.
I decided to come on a Friday at 8 am to try to get an alignment right when they opened as alignments are "first come, first serve". I arrived at 7:50 am with one other customer in the parking lot ahead of me. The other customer ahead of me only needed new tires, so, I was thankful he did not need an alignment too.
I was called up to the counter next, my car was brought in for an alignment, and I cancelled the appointment I had for the next day to get tires installed as we put the tires on too.
Alignment and four new Hankook Kinergy ST tires all installed in under an hour....I was surprised how fast they were at driving my car up to be picked up. They had 12 cars that came in behind me, so they were getting quite busy.
I drove away and was surprised how good the 33 year old Camry drove... alignment needed more than I thought....car feels new again...lol

They have a machine saying “Air check” they don’t come and check air. I had low tire pressure in my back left tire I ending up going to Firestone and found out it had a leak and got a new tire there. the guys at discount are just standing around anyways. Go to Firestone across the street don’t do business here

Very poor experience I had here. I’ve been going to discount tire for years now as well as the rest of my family and was very disappointed with the experience I had here. Came in for an alignment and the man up front said he refused to do an alignment unless I bought new tires. I don’t know much about vehicles but I trusted the experts here to know better than me and said yes to buying new tires. They then proceeded to sell me new lug nuts and wipers. After being here for almost 2 hours they informed me that even with the new tires they could not do the alignment and I would have to go somewhere else. If I had known about the alignment issue from the start I would have never purchased anything. I left feeling taken advantage of and with new tires on a car that I cannot drive. Felt like they were just trying to make a sell. Very disappointed and me and my family will not be back.

I've been to this multiple times for air checks.
So far:
1. I've been told they don't do that go away
2. They lost 2 of my tire caps
3. They some how managed to cross thread the caps in such a way that they had to take the tire off to fix it
4. They decided to pull me in to the garage and then disappear for 15 minutes because they don't care
This is probably the worse possible discount tire you can go to. If they can't do the most basic part of their job. Why would you trust them to do anything important.
Discount as a company isn't bad just the service this one provides is trash

My son had a flat tire. Took it to Duscount Tire. They fixed the flat and rotated the tires.

Great staff but service takes awhile. I checked in for my appointment for tire change and alignment at 4:30pm. I had made an appointment. It's 6:25pm and I am still waiting for my car to be ready. :-(

Waited for 20 minutes. No one was at the counter, employees would come in and grab the phone, never saying anything to the people in line in front of me. Got tired of being ignored.
