“Now we all know Target is the spot where you get cute and go strolling around the store. Browsing. Maybe pick up a date. Your future spouse. You never know. Lol. Take extra coins because you may go for one, maybe two items, but I guarantee once they do this invisible razzle dazzle in the air you’ll come out of there with over $100 worth of items. Target is a great place to shop for sure.”
“Great store! We really love the change over they have done by testing this Big Lots store out as a Home Store making it much like a Home Goods store. With Art Van gone and Gardener White is way overpriced unless you are buying starter furnishings. We bought a gorgeous Sofa and Loveseat set that came with a nice assortment of pillows. I found what I liked in store then I bought online because for some reason it is more condusive for using the Big Lots coupons (for some reason can't use the larger discounts in store but online is fine) and signing up for their card which if used they offer same as cash financing deals based on the amount spent. They called us and set up a delivery date. Their "Big Delivery" and protection plan costs less than most furniture stores. Some items can take longer and it will be noted online when you order or just ask how long. My sofa and loveseat took almost a month but that's when I needed it. There is a lot here so if you are looking for affordable furniture there is a great selection ranging from higher end to more of just starting out items for and apartment or a dorm. Some brands are Ashley and Broyhill. There are many nice decor pieces like statuettes, leaning mirrors, c-tables, curtains, cute artificial plants, tv stands, side tables and night stands. Also bed and bath decor, rugs, curtains, towels, accessories and more. They also have a great selection of pet items. The only complaint I have is I went back to get a decor item I liked and it was gone. They haven't gotten it back in stock so it seems that some decor items are first come first serve and may not be restocked so get them whille you can or it may be gone next time.”
“Yesterday I entered the Lakeside JCPENNEY,shorty after it opened, looking like a lost soul. And a nice cashier asked me if I needed some help,I told her I wished to make a return from my online order. She directed me to another station a few feet away and said she would meet me theefre. She then directed the girl there on how to do an online return. She then call the cashier downstairs to help me pick out a bra for my mom,a few minutes later I was on my way.
I found out the first lady was the store manager, her customer service was excellent and she should be commented.
I also received my refund on my card within 24 hours. Overall I give my experience five stars
Today June 23,2024 I took my 95 year old mom to JC Penny's for some pajamas. After wandering around for a few minutes I found Terri who informed me I was on the wrong floôr. She took us to the lower floor and helped us picking out some pajamas for my mom. Later on Chrystal also helped my mom on picking out pajamas and checked us out. Overall my mom enjoyed the service she received and talking to both associates. Both did a good job and made my mom happy.”
“Macy's at Lakeside Mall (Sterling Heights, MI) is a good place to visit, but the entire mall is closing on July 1st, 2024. After the closing date, I'll have to order online and have items shipped to home.”
“Know the store inside out. Items always in stock. Again they had everything I needed and more deals and my self check out was quick. I feel that the store is stocked better. Some area could be sylvie better. This is my preferred store. Keep up the great work.”

“This place has great customer service even so quick story I happened to bought a switch hdmi port from them I only had it working about a day and it ended up breaking afterwards but I ended up forgetting about it how many months later when I return the broken item and I explain to them what happened even though the receipt was few months old they were kind enough to give me store credit I was ok with it so I would probably recommend coming back again ?”
“The best Burlington in the area. Lots of selection and good. The one in the Great Lakes Crossing used to be good but today, don't bother. It's super disorganized and very limited, bad selections.”
“I go to this target about twice week (at least) and am blown away each time by the spectacular customer service of the staff! Nick does a wonderful job and always makes my family's day better with his amazing energy and attitude. Shaianna also is wonderful and never makes a bad vanilla latte! She is always smiling and works so hard even when she is the only one behind the counter! These two definitely deserve raises, their kindness is just one of a kind. Keep up the good work!”
“Came here with a few questions for my daughters recent project. I needed a few things that were locked up, and they were able to help with that. I feel the service was good, not really sure why they have such a bad rating. I do enjoy coming here when I feel its necessary. Walmarts always been great!”

“I think it is safe to say that I have never been a Walmart fan. After seeing the gobs of unpleasant videos and hearing of the crazy things that would always go on, it just seemed like a turn off for me. In fact, I hadn't been in a wm (up until late last year) in about 10 years. After hearing some good things from my sister about the low prices they have and the convenience of curbside pickup, I decided to give them a fair chance. It seems like wm in general has come a long way. Now yes, some aisles are in disarray (but you can pretty much find that at any retail stores these days- at least more often than not {people are generally shitty customers}), but the stores are cleaner than the times past, and also a few more friendlier faces (not saying all). For this location (which is about a mile where I am staying from right now), I went last week for a curbside pickup order, and I went inside tonight to get some laundry stuff. The curbside pickup, I used the app (which believe it or not, I am a wm+ member now!) to reserve my time. I pulled up, and within moments, a friendly lady came to load me up. That was actually my first ever curbside from wm, and it was actually quicker than my most recent curbsides at Target back home (in GA). So, I was pretty impressed with that. Now tonight, I went a little bit later in the night, so it wasn't as busy, but the actual store seemed generally clean (at least on the grocery side). I mean yes, a few things were out of place, but it wasn't an apocalyptic event or anything. I found what I needed, and went on. They also had a nice little St Patty's section near the front (I should have indulged, but I think I am going to KK tomorrow). Also, with their fresh food guarantee, it makes it more appealing to check out the food as well.Checkout was a breeze- I am not sure if this store has gone full self checkout or not (the home back home is). You can also utilize the scan and go option as well (so no more whining about your long lines at the checkout). I personally have not tried, but I think one day I will either here or at Sam's Club.So yes, needless to say, Walmart (in my eyes) has come a long way. I am sure there are some things that can be difficult to stay on top of, but it at least seems like they are trying. I will kind of miss this place when I leave next week! On a side note, there is a Subway just on the inside of the grocery side- not sure of that is a regular thing or not.”

“Came in today and picked up a lot of things for easter. They had a lot of baskets, kid stuff, things for eggs and all that. The customer service was good, I had htem help me find something I was looking for. I never buy food from this place, but I did buy cookies and they had a good selection here. They always have grea tprices and good selection of things here. Worth coming to”
“Although I came to shop here, for the 1st time, I used the Amazon Return Service. Wow, I can't begin to tell you what a convenience that is! The service is done so quickly and efficiently. If you see a line with 5 people, don't let it bother you. The clerk was doing like one transaction every 2 minutes! She even helped me with my phone while processing other returns. There was no charge for the service, and my account was already credited before I walked out of the store! Great service and convenience!”
