The pharmacy staff treated me with disrespect, rudeness, and lack of concern when they lost my credit card in the drive-through. The pharmacist insisted she had returned my card, when she hadn’t. After searching, it was found wedged in the drawer in a crack. She offered no apology for the inexcusable way in which she treated me, demanding that I get out of my car and search the ground. She even demanded that I empty my purse. Her attitude was derogatory and unprofessional, and I recommend avoiding this pharmacy at all costs. The pharmacist didn’t seem to feel at all responsible for returning my credit card. Rather, she was anxious for me to leave.

This is theeeeeee worst CVS everrrrrrr!!!! They never have anything you are looking for.
I don’t know the females name that was in the Pharmacy right before closing on 4/1 but she was a complete idiot she tried to make it seem as if I was the stupid one. I gave her my Debit card on a clip board that she gave me, I literally saw my card on the clip board inside the drawer that you put the items in. She proceeded to tell me I never gave her my card, I got my flash light looked all through my car and on the ground which was a waste of time because like I said I saw my card on the clipboard inside the drawer. She insisted that I didn’t give her my card. I go inside the store, the manager looked on the camera came back and told me she didn’t see my card on the clipboard LIES!!!!! I’m pretty sure they’re gonna find my card in the store or the dummy put it in someone else’s bag. I had to cancel my card and request a new one all because of the incompetence of your stupid employee.
I’m calling my Dr. to put the script in at Walgreens, I will NEVER use CVS for any prescriptions again. I was mad at a guy that got mad at someone at the pharmacy when I dropped my script off I should’ve know then not to deal with them.???

They don’t even acknowledge you, customer service sucks. Not friendly. Waited for help, walked right passed me 3 times, both employee. Tried to get attention but she was wearing AirPods pretending to not hear me. 2nd time I raised my voice & other customers saw how upset I was as I patiently waited the first time! Hire people more educated staff!

The reviews about TERRIBLE customer service is correct! I was at this location approx 6:45pm 02/24 for a money order to help my mom for urgent matter. Unfortuately the bank was closed or wouldve went there. There was a older indian woman and caucasian man at the checkout. The indian woman rang up the customer ahead of me, stood and looked at me, than said something to the man without acknowledging me just standing there. I stood there waiting for someone to say something until the man finally said "she can take care of you over there". I told her wanted to deposit money for money order. She had this unappealing look on her face and was giving me weird energy like she didn't want to help me with her "fake" customer service voice but I read body language well. Unfortunately I couldn't complete the money order because I didn't have cash on hand to pay the fee because it was on my card and she said I couldnt pay that way which was fine and I understood but it wasn't fine when she tried to be funny and said "it's just $1.75.." which was very laughable at the least?. Then lastly she thought it was funny that I canceled because she had a smirk on her face of satisfaction. Icould say more about this nightmare experience but fornately I was able to accomplish what I needed that night regardless. I wish id never stopped here for this treatment. Overall my experience was weirdly uncomfortable at this location. I am not a rude, agressive person either and I held my composure very well. I pray for people with wicked hearts like that and you reap what you sow. ???

Always a clean store. Always organized. Great service. I almost always use they're easy self checkout. They are always clean. Nice customer service. Never too busy. Always where I come to, close to my house, if I am ever in need, especially late at night, it is well lit here.

Get your medications filled somewhere else if you would like to get your medications with no problem. Every time I come here to pick up a prescription there’s some sort of issue, mistake or problem on their end. They rather just tell you no than to help you and actually look into it and problem solve. You would think they would be more considerate and more willing to resolve the issue since the people picking up the prescriptions have some sort of Illness or condition. But nope they rather tell u no, go in circles with you, have you call around only to end up right where we started bc it’s something that they “missed”.

Smells like something is ROTTING in the back room by the drinks. No one is around helping out others on the floor. Customer service makes you want to sleep & also the lottery tickets from here always show an error. Scanned it at MY restaurant on our keno machine, scanned it on the ap. That's suspicious? Do better CVS!

If I could give this store one million negative stars I would. They want you to use self check out all the time they know they have to also put it in a birthday if you're buying anything that is over the age of 21 the person that I encountered tonight at 12 midnight or so thank you so she was so rude that I will never come back to the CVS again and this is coming from a person that comes there really 5 times a week and my Aunt has been going there since I was born and I'm 36 this is ridiculous she could have been nice and said a word or when I ask you for something not just walk away Its terrible service. Didn't catch a name but African American with long nails and an attitude. No more over price business for me. The end
