This place might as well be a convenience store at this point because the pharmacy is a joke.

Pharmacy is an absolute joke. Not only can they never get my prescription correct but they also have told me to come back plenty of times because the prescription I was told would be done “in a few hours” is delayed by another day or two for simple needles or syringes. Absolute nightmare anytimeI need to go.

I came in at busy time and the staff was very attentive to customers. It looked like the 3 of them were having a good time at work with smiles all around and it definitely made me smile on the way out too! The type of service we need everywhere. Their attitudes are infectious clearly. I might have to become sick more often lol!

The staff at CVS at 19 and Schoenherr is wonderful. The whole team there is great, especially my pharmacist, Mary. She's always willing to help, always willing to lend a hand and make things work.

A strange phenomenon in todays world, A person. the Pharmacist, Mary, took time out of her busy schedule to inquire about the patient. It was like we had been good friends our whole life. My heart is so touched by this beautiful person.

We switched over from CVS to Walgreens awhile ago. Unfortunately CVS seems to be the only place that I can find floss threader for my dental bridge so I'm forced to go whenever I need them. Today I went in for those and decided to pick up a few other things. Being a new contact user, I was having a hard time finding where contact solution was. I was ignored by 4 different CVS employees when I tried to seek out some help. Finaly had to walk all the way back to the front in order to ask the cashier. Very terrible customer service, employees were very unhelpful. Very disappointed. Thankful I don't have to come to CVS very often but don't expect employees to be very helpful if you can't find something.

I don't normally play lottery but my dad is disabled and i like to pick up the tickets here because it is convenient to use the lottery vending machine. My dad had some winning tickets with the cash to be used for his next tickets, also his 62nd Birthday will be tomorrow so i wanted to do this favor for him on the way to work. The winning ticket was 142, the cashier, a heavier set boy with half of his head shaved, brown hair and mustache, said he could not cash it right now because he doesnt have enough cash in his drawer. I was confused, was not sure if there was a problem with the ticket and asked him to please repeat, mind you i was polite, working in customer service for 10-15 years i never want to give someone a hard time. When he repeated he said "i cant do it right now i dont have the cash for it" but this time with a attitude. Didnt even apologize for the inconvenience or anything just treated me like an enemy. I stop here for convenience, not to have to make another stop, will be considering taking my business elsewhere for next time.

Too much to write. Ray with the beard is the nicest guy who helped my wife and I out with our missing photo calendars. He did so with such a great helping hand while being so nice to helping out a newer cashier with a huge line of people. Could not believe his patience, kindness and over all amazing heart to all the customers, the cashier and us. Ray is an absolute blessing of a guy.

This is the closest drug store to where I currently live. Do I love CVS' markup on basically everything? Not so much. Do I use this pharmacy? Nope. The only reason I come here is to print photos. I've been printing photos on the CVS app forever. It's quick and easy to upload photos to my account and then find a nearby location to pick them up at. Every time I've tried in stores it's always an issue (or the computer doesn't work.) If I do it online I know when my order will be ready and I get a message if there's any issues. I went to pick up my order this evening. I printed off about 15 4 x6's for some frames. I stood in line, rang the bell and waited for assistance. A man walks behind the counter to help. I tell him I'm picking up a photo order and he immediately huffs. I told him my last name and what I was picking up. He couldn't find my photos although I had confirmation my order was ready. At last he found my photos. This is how the conversation went. Employee: You should just do this in store. We prefer it that way. Me: I'm sorry, I did it work. It's easy and convenient. I prefer it that way. Employee: Oh. *scans barcode* Me: Can I please use my CVS card? I have a coupon. Employee: *Huffs* You should use your 40% off on something else. It expires at midnight. Me: That's okay. I'd like to use it on this. The whole conversation lasted longer than need me and I'm stuck feeling uncomfortable. I find it weird when people chime in with their opinions when you're simply trying to get on with your day. I highly recommend the app, however. CVS always has great deals on photos and other gifts!

Amazing customer service and usually a quick in and out. Can come here for fast convenience or just your basic pharmacy needs. Their pharmacy staff is amazing, along with their front end check out staff. This store is always clean and stocked with items! alive this store.

I love this cvs! I could spend at least an hour perusing around the store at the skincare, makeup, nail polish, home decor and craft aisle. Especially when I'm equipped with my massive ribbon of coupons The store is always very clean and well stocked and the employees are super friendly and helpful. Same for the pharmacy, plus they are super speedy. One time, I was filling a prescription and my insurance wouldn't cover it. It was going to cost me $400, but the pharmacy tech searched and found me a coupon that brought it down to $60! That's just good customer service right there.

I went to this location today with the intention of printing 2 photos. When I attached my phone, some pictures were missing, but showed up in my photos on the phone. Among those were the two I wanted to print. Also, when sorted by date, pictures from October 2016 came up in February 2018. My February 2018 photos were not there. When I mentioned my problems to the cashier, she told me it does that sometimes. I know others that have had the same problem. That said, I have never encountered a problem with your pharmacy. They are top-notch. Your retail, not so much.
