My car was picked up on Thursday right on time, returned on Friday, also right on time. Work was completed to my satisfaction and the personal I came in contact with were helpful and friendly.

Crest Lincoln and Paul have been great to work with. Between my Dad, and myself, we have been buying/leasing Lincoln’s from Crest for over 18 years. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

The service department at Crest is top notch. They deliver what they say they will when they say they will have it done. My only reason for giving them 4 stars is because Covid is over and they need to go back to pre covid hours which included Saturdays. I should not have to travel to Troy for service on a Saturday.

The mobile service team came to my home and serviced my vehicle at the time they said they would be there. The work was done quickly and the service tech was knowledgeable and very pleasant. I recommend using Crest Lincoln for any service work.

Shawn and Jordan were wonderful to work with. My car was cleaned and ready early in the morning. Shawn had the paperwork all set up so when we came to pick up our car it was a breeze. Shawn and Jordan were very kind and professional. They were a pleasure to work with, no nonsense, fair price, with full disclosure. The dealership was very well maintained. We felt comfortable and welcomed. They offered a variety of snacks, water, and coffee. I definitely recommend the staff and the dealership for your next purchase. I bought my van ( used) from them in march/april of 2023 , within 2 months it had an over heating issue , ok not a problem it was a 14$ fix and I did it myself , another 3 months goes by and it’s breaking down on a hot a$$ day with my kids in the car because of blown cylinders and head gasket not to mention the vehicle almost BLEW UP ON ME , that’s another 2500$ because a shop had to do it , got that fixed just for the transmission to go not even a month later !!!! My MIL used to work their before she passed away so I put my trust in these people just to get let down so within 6 months of owning the vehicle I ended up having to put more then $5,000 into the car after already paying over $13,000 and had a trade in on top of that , I will never ever go here again and do not recommend the used car area
