Awesome guys! Honest and informative. They helped me identify the metals and jewels in my grandmas ring and fixed a watch for me that wouldn't work no matter what I did. Jewelry selection was also quite extensive. Will definitely be back.

I worked with the team at Utica Jewelry & Loan to reset a ring that held alot of sentimental value for me. From start to finish, Ryan exceeded my expectations. He was polite, timely and provided continual communication throughout the project timeline. The finished project is not only gorgeous, but is also fitting for my unique style and will be something that I will treasure for years to come. I've shopped at larger jewelry chains in the past and found the experience to be stressful in addition to lacking a customer focused approach. That was not my experience with Ryan and his team and I will highly recommend them to my friends and family. Thank you UJL for a phenomenal experience!
