It was my first time there and I was very impressed!! All the employees were super nice and professional, even helped me carry ALL stuff to my car. I bought a lot but spent very little. I highly recommend checking this place out.

I have been selling at Once Upon A Child in Troy for years and figured I'd give this place a try as it was a close location. I'm feeling a bit regretful. They do not accept all seasons, although the lady at the counter magically "made acceptions" & hand picked through my clothes for name brand athletic 2 piece sets. From what I can tell they buy VERY low & sell over priced. My advice is sell & buy elsewhere. Should have went to Once Upon A Child, they buy your items for fair prices and sell low as consignment stores should

So happy I discovered this place. The ladies there are super nice and friendly. They make it simple and convenient to sell my kids old items and have a nice selection for purchase as well.

This place has wronged many friends and family members so warning anyone that plans on going in here. Do NOT hand them your items before given an offer. Once their hands are on your things they claim they belong to them and you are stuck with whatever amount they see fit. Very sad and I cannot believe the doors are still open here. Sellers, BEWARE!

What a great place! Went in today for the first time and purchased several items.. everything in the store is in great condition and even better prices! The staff are super friendly and helpful! Great experience 10 stars! We will be back!

Purchased a SAFETY Gate from them for $25.00 just to find out the gate was broken and bent in several different places. Now I can understand a toy but for them to try and RESELL a Broken Safety Gate for children that is literally psychotic of them and I am Furious as my children's safety could have been at risk if this gate was used.Also keep in mind the box was taped really good prior to purchasing so we did not expect it to be broken in three different places. I'm extremely unhappy with them.
