Although the service took longer than expected, Joe was VERY friendly and helpful along with all the staff (Caroline) in the body shop! The paint department did a great job!

We waited over two months for repairs then when we took it in on our appointment date we were told they hadn't ordered the parts yet! They supposedly called us but we didn't receive the call and they never confirmed the call had been received. We were sent home to wait for parts but after complaining they suddenly were able to get the parts and we had to make a second trip to the service dept. Allot of this could have been avoided if they had followed thru with the original plan! It shouldn't take months to have repairs done.

I never purchased anything from this dealership but I do follow one of the sale man works here. I feel really bad for the customer work with him he put his customer out on blast on his Instagram. I don't know how Chevrolet allow people to work for them talking about other people's business on the internet if I was working with Hishy2timess. I would have felt very uncomfortable. I never had met or seen any salesperson will put their customer out on blast even when that person before had a bad credit and he still put them out on blast it really messed up.

Took a while to start working on my vehicle, but they did an excellent job of repairing the damage and matching the paint. Checked the vehicle over real well when completed and made sure everything worked, and even cleaned the interior. Great communication from Brian and his co-workers. They kept me updated on the status of the vehicle throughout the process.Services: Painting

I didn't have an appointment and they were still able to get me in and serviced. Just bring something to keep you busy while you wait.
