I hate this branch. It's the slowest one ever. Only two teller windows and usually only one at the window. Its normally a 15 minute wait at least. They should just shut down or remodel with more teller windows and people who work at them.

I have several accounts here. Went to get some documents notarized but had to wait in the lobby for over 10 minutes before a brancher could get to me. Only to let me know that they didn’t not have a notary available. 2 tellers, 4 “managers/consultants” and only 1 with a customer. This was 3:15PM on a Wednesday. Went next door to Huntington where I have no accounts at all, and they took care of me in less than 5 min. I guess you can do what you want if you make so much to have so many extra middle management positions but no one really does anything.

Eva Wilson the so called notary, notarize a deed for me didn't even sign it after driving to the county and back took over 2 hours of my time. From the 1st day I went there to have it don,,She's been giving me an attitude then and today.because she didn't know her job.

I have multiple accounts. Never in almost 20 years have I walked in to open an account, with new money in hand, and been told to leave and make an appointment. I don't have normal days. I don't know when I am available most days because of my job. I got told to leave like I was going to dine and dash before even ordering food. This is ridiculous. I don't know when this became a thing but no... considering other options because of this.

Jannifer M is really friendly and helpful, she helped me to connect chase mobile to solved some issue. It took very long time( some reasonable paperwork) but she was very professional and patient. A lot appreciated to Jannifer’s help!

Do they really need another one star review because the ATM doesn't work? It's as dysfunctional as Troy School District.

Nice helpful staff! I had issue with the old staff they always had bad attitude I almost changed where I bank because of them.
