Rick is very unprofessional and inconsiderate and doesn't know how to handle nor prioritize his own work load aka Mr. excuse.. Don't take your taxes to him.

Every year I have peace of mind about my taxes. Rick and his staff, including Renee, Annette, Patty, they are friendly and knowledgeable. Not sure how many years I've been a client, but I highly recommend CBI.
