“I had scheduled a week ago for today, with no trouble. I had inquired about certain services previously over the past several months, until finally scheduling an appointment. The technicians and staff had taken my car in relatively quickly, directed any concerns to their respective resolutions, and were willing to help me understand anything that previously been ambiguous. Despite being unable to get my requested service completed—as it would require additional parts (which although I may disagree with, I have no experience in identifying wear on parts)— I was provided with a full report on the alignment of my vehicle's suspension along with the parts that were recommended to replace. They were also spot on with whether my vehicle had an accident and where, asking me about it, to which I had affirmed. They did not force me to pay for the services before returning my vehicle to me, nor did they cause any sort of unnecessary trouble as does Belle Tire with their work. I did, however, pay for the $25 full inspection fee, which I can do gladly. I've been charged similar fees at other businesses that gave me no information and no feedback, and even caused trouble. Solid business, would recommend, very professional and courteous, straightforward and transparent (in my experience). Guest lobby has some nice infographics available to look at.”
“I was given quotes for windshield replacement through two other local businesses that were literally 4x's the amount Mr. Windshield charged me. They are honest and more-than-reasonable. They were the only company that told me that my specific vehicle type didn't need recalibration with my new windshield. The other companies wanted to add an additional $350-$480 for that alone, when it wasn't even necessary. Kudos to Mr. Windshield for being honest with the consumer. I called and they had my windshield in stock and told me to head over now. In just over an hour I was on my way to work w/ my new windshield installed. I'm grateful for a business who is not greedy and didn't gouge, as clearly so many others are and do!”

There is good customer service and there is outstanding customer service. Throughout the entire repair process at this location I was well informed, provided timely updates, and truly feel as though I was valued as a customer. I consider that to be outstanding customer service! I’ve had my vehicle back for a week now and I am absolutely thrilled with the results.”
