Wow! I wanted to choose this salon but I totally changed my mind after seeing that the owner has not paid any attention to concerns or has not replied back to reviews made by unhappy customers! Not a very good attitude toward ppl and not customer-friendly! I definitely won't choose this salon for my hair!

I've been going to Bocci Salon for over ten years. Usually they are great, but after getting my hair done this last time I will not be going back. I paid around $250 (including tip) for balayage, cut, and to cover my grays. I didn't get anything that I asked for. While I did end up with a pretty hair color, it was not what I asked for. I liked the hair I had before I went in more. For that excessive price, I should have gotten exactly what I wanted. To be honest, I felt scammed.
When I called to complain, they did offer to fix the cut free of charge. However they claimed I did get the color I asked for. I'll admit, I'm not a color expert but I know my hair is dark brown and definitely not the light brown with blond like I had shown in photos. When I pointed this out I was told that the photos were really inspiration and they could not guarantee the exact color.
If I wanted the color I originally came in wanting I would have to pay for it. At that point I would have paid $400 for hair already attached to my head. I was so defeated at that point, I would have been happy to go back to my natural color. Again I was told I'd have to pay for it.
I've been attending the salon for over a decade. I've never complained once and am a fairly easy going person. You'd think reparations in fixing the color, a gift card, or a refund would be in order. Instead, I was given a price breakdown and how due to the economy they had to raise their prices. I left the salon feeling utterly defeated and gaslit.
The salon is nice and clean. The products they use always make my hair smell good. More often or not the stylists are running late, which is understandable since assistants are hard to find. Clearly the stylist are talented, but with these increasingly raised prices I could have gone on a vacation for the amount I paid. I honestly wished I had. I saved up for months to get my hair done and truly feel like I threw that money away.

Today I went in and had Emma color my hair per my 10yr old daughter’s request and Emma did a phenomenal job! My hair looks great and she took the time to talk with my daughter and answer any and every question she had (there were more then a few) she even brought out colors to show her to dye her hair the green she wanted for summer! I’d recommend Emma time and time again for her great service, outgoing personality and professionalism. The salon was very clean, bright and inviting, I’ll definitely be coming back!

Always a perfect color & cut! Chelsea M. is the best for hair style & color! Chelsea is awesome! I love Bocci Salon! January Q. always gives an absolutely perfect gel manicure and pedicure!
Lana gives the most amazing organic facial! I have extremely sensitive skin and this facial felt like a slice of Heaven!
Stylist: Deena gave me a perfect cut, just the way I like it, high on top and tapered in back. The color was perfect and the toner was awesome. Thanks so much Deena! Love Bocci Salon & Spa!❤️?

Shannon and her assistant was absolutely amazing! They made me feel comfortable to be there and knew what color to match my roots with! I went in blonde with no style to my hair & Came out with the correct color and style I wanted! I am super happy how everything went today

I am in LOVE with my eyelash extensions!! Melissa is a perfectionist who makes my lashes look gorgeous and natural. People flip out when I tell them my eyelashes are not mine. Whether you want a natural look or a more glamorous look, Melissa is for you! I love being able to throw on a little blush and some lip gloss on a Saturday morning and run errands and feel like I look great! I have never had long eyelashes so they make me feel like a woman?? Bocci Salon’s spa is beautiful and relaxing too.

My four daughters and I have been going to Bocci for the past 18 years. Erica is the best! This place is exceptional. Everytime I leave I feel and look amazing.
