Went to the sterling heights location to check out some raised toilet seats with the handles .. I dealt with Marci and she was amazing...not only was her hair fantastic but her knowledge and willingness to help was fantastic as well

After checking with insurance, i have been told that with my insurance, I don't have to pay. Than sent bill for $391 after insurance pay. Same shoe sell on Amazon for $78 only.

I needed to rent a scooter for 3 months. Customer Service Rep at the desk was very rude. I asked if she could show me how to break in down to fit my car and she told me to figure it out. I had requested a basket with scooter at the time of the order but when I picked the scooter up NO BASKET, Yesterday, I returned the scooter. I would never recommend Binson's to anyone.

Ordered two compression sleeves in June it’s end of September still missing a sleeve. Tried calling no one answers on hold 25 minutes. Lori was supposed to have a manager call me and no one ever did! Terrible customer service don’t go here!!

This company has long wait times on hold, is disorganized and lacks the necessary compassion for the business they are in. Uses phrases like we’ll get to it soon and maybe later this afternoon. No commitments no urgency.

This was my first visit and I stopped in to get replacement supplies for my bipap machine. Dave helped me out and he did a fantastic job. Dave is very knowledgeable and was able to locate every supply that I needed. Dave provided hassle free, no pressure, 5 star service. I highly recommend going to see Dave for any of your needs as he truly cares about his customers and their health.

Visited the store in Sterling Heights. Clarice provided excellent customer service. I couldn’t have asked for a better service rep. The manager Nicholas he needs to loose the disparity he displayed towards customers. He got short when he was asked a question. I had never picked up supplies and this was my first visit. HE Needs to be more helpful to customers without showing indifference. We need more people like Clarice. Her energy is very welcoming.
