I cant express enough my appreciation for Matt at Big Toys. I was fortunate to purchase a pinball and arcade game from Big Toys within the past couple years. We had ongoing issues with the arcade game, in which Matt and team tried to resolve, but he knew I was not 100% satisified with the game. After owning the game for 2 years, he offered such a generous solution to trade me out with another arcade game, which he knew I was interested in.They are experts in their field, but also experts in customer service. I'm not in the market for another game yet, but I will find every excuse to be, just to continue doing business with Big Toys.

I have to say the quality of the games is amazing and the customer care is just as good. The owner Matt knew I was so excited to look at the games and relive my youth he let me play everything as if it was my company. I ended up purchasing 3 machines. This is as good as it gets from selection to how they treat you like family with zero pressure to purchase. If you are looking to purchase a machine a neon sign or anything your heart desires I can’t recommend them enough. Top notch !!! I will be a customer for life and be purchasing more games very soon.Matt the owner also is a stand up guy, long story short my father wanted to surprise my handicapped kid brother with a game he purchased for Christmas I didn’t know he purchased one and I bought one else ware. The other store when I called to cancel told me to pound sand literally not more then 5 minutes after I purchased it from him and all sales were final. I called my father to let him know I can’t get the money back and Matt the owner treated my 73 year old marine veteran father with nothing but class he refunded his money no questions asked !!! even though he wrapped and staged the game for delivery and still thanked my father for coming in even though he ended up canceling the deal. You don’t meet to many good people like Matt and this is why I will be a customer for life.5 stars is not enough to give this company there incredible !!!!!

Williams Strike Zone Pinball Machine. The guys at Big Toys are awesome!! Worked with me every step of the way with my purchase. I will continue to go to Big Toys for future purchases. I strongly recommend Big Toys to anyone who is looking for arcade, pinball, neon signs, slot machines, etc. Thanks again guys!!!!

Matt is super wonderful! From the moment we walked in the store he was very friendly. We recently bought a pinball machine from Big Toys and definitely won’t be our last. If we ever want to buy another machine 100% won’t go anywhere else. They delivered our pinball machine no problem. SUPER heavy machine, and Matt was all smiles and seemed genuinely happy for us to be getting the machine. 10/10

Big thanks to Matt Sowers (center) from Big Toys in Sterling Heights for making our big brother’s dream come true. Paul has special needs and has always loved to play pinball. He spent many hours of many days in the game room at our late parents’ campground playing his favorite machine, “Pinball Wizard.” Well, thanks to Matt, Paul is now the proud owner of that beautifully refurbished Bally pinball machine from 1973. And, like Tommy from the song by the Who, maybe Paul can’t hear or talk, but he sure plays a mean pinball.
