He purchased a 2011 Ford Edge battery for my car (2010) last November & we set it aside, kinda forgot to get to it.*My dad was fighting pancreatic cancer for over 2 years. He passed 12/23/23.*Two weeks ago, my battery died, went to swap battery & posts are on the wrong side! I called Earl's, explained the situation and with ZERO hesitation, the gentleman agreed to exchange 2011 battery for 2010 battery.This is why my dad went exclusively here for many many years. “Went into the Royal Oak Michigan store for wiper blades. The fella who helped me was very friendly and helpful. The computer was showing different sizes so he went outside and removed mine. Compared to the recommended ones and found I had the wrong size on the car. He went back out and installed them for me. A fine experience.”

“I don't work on my cars much anymore. But when both low beams went out simultaneously I didn't hesitate to pull and test the bulbs and associated wiring and components. The pats guy at O'Reilly Auto Parts pointed me to the correct replacement bulbs and got me safely back on the road.”

“All I can say is this place is great, the best battery hands down I could find anywhere price wise. As far as quality goes we will see. But their customer service is by far the best, they had a heck of a time getting my battery out and putting the new one in but they did it! Basically the battery had been in there for a long time and the nuts and bolts were pretty rusty. I would make this your first stop or phone call when looking for a new battery. I mean I paid half as much as what the cheapest battery I found at the big auto chain part stores. For a brand new battery.”
