Best jewelry shop ! Customer service is excellent everyone who works there is very knowledgeable and they make sure you understand what you’re buying .. but the best thing about the whole experience when you go there is their patience.. it took me almost an hour to find a gift not a lot of gold shops will tolerate that but the guy was nice and made sure I’m 100% convinced and happy with my purchase.. The lady that owns and works there is just horrible. The fact that she responded to one of he customers review very rudely is just insane. As an owner and someone who works with with customers you definitely need to be better and more understanding and not rude. Your writing also shows that you don’t have much of education spelling is horrible wording is horrible. Either hire someone to do reviews for you or just don’t do it !! Focus more on having a better customer service !! It’s horrible how you respond to your customers. Better service bureau should be contacted !!
