The customer service is 2nd to none. Every time I’ve rented from the Sterling Heights MI location my experience has been spectacular. I’ve left with the vehicle I wanted, at the price I wanted, and with little or no wait time. I would recommend this location to anybody looking to rent a vehicle through AVIS!!

better return full of gas they charged me 42.00 for a quarter tank of fuel..???♂️??. they even charge to drop off at another location. smh

The vehicle was defective. I did not become aware until i'd driven 5 hours from home. The gas cap button would not work, and would not allow gas refilling!

I scheduled a car pick up at noon. I arrived at noon to find the store closes at noon . If that is the case then why can I schedule a pick up for that time if you don’t give a five minute grace period or anything no notice to be early nothing . This is unacceptable. And just to double check I went back online and was stillAble so schedule another pick up for later times same day but how when the place closes at noon are you able to schedule a pick up for 3pm and later .

Had a pleasant experience with Avis last week! I needed a last-minute rental, and booked this reservation about 15 minutes prior to pick up! Trina Thompson was the one who checked me in, and I was in a car within 10 minutes of being there. She was fast, efficient, and extremely friendly! Would absolutely recommend this specific location for future rental needs.

Very busy location. However, the team I’ve dealt with (Justin and Tammy) were very helpful. I had many problems with Uber and getting on the road. Justin went over and beyond to get me through the process. Very friendly. Very helpful.

Worst customer service at the front desk, the woman was helpful but the guy was really rude and disrespectful to all the customers, you should hire someone else if you want to keep having customers, there are other locations around for car rental

Set a RESERVATION for a car and they said they had no cars available and wasted my time when I asked why they show the ability to reserve cars if they don’t have any and they said it’s first come first serve absolutely unprofessional would not recommend

Waste of time the worker sitting around in a plain white tee shirt from the gas station nonchalant as hell talking about I wont have any cars for 2 weeks when I made a reservation and called to confirm it don’t go here for Uber

THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. THE LADY AT THE FRONT DESK IS EXTREMELY RUDE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. SHE HANDED ME A WRINKLED UP SLIP AND SAID SIGN THIS. AFTER LOOKING AT IT CAREFULLY, IT SAID THERE IS A $450 CLEANING FEE (IT WAS HANDWRITTEN). I COULDN'T BELIEVE WHAT I WAS READING. I THOUGHT IT WAS A TYPO. WHEN I QUESTIONED IT, I WAS TOLD "JUST DONT BRING IT BACK DIRTY AND YOU DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT IT. I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS PLACE IS STILL IN BUSINESS. I WOULD RATHER RIDE A BIKE BEFORE I WOULD EVER THINK ABOUT RENTING FROM AVIS!!
