From the start of entering Aspen dental I was impressed with the front desk staff member Anthony! Kayla was very thorough performing the X-rays. Dr.Nofar made my day by reassuring that my dental treatment is very fixable and can see me in less than 3 days.

I had my first visit with Dr. Danno today. Let me start by saying the entire staff deserves a raise! Everyone is kind on purpose which makes it easier for patients to return back to this dental office. From the girls up front to Mackenzie’s calm demeanor which helped me relax as she assured me that everything was going to be fine and that the doctor is a really cool guy. Well guess what?? She was ? correct! Dr. Danno is so kind and explained what steps I need to take in order to correct my dental issues & for that I’m very appreciative. So if you’re looking for a great dentist, Dr. Danno should be your first choice! Keep up the good work guys! Take care?

I had an excellent experience at this Aspen Dental! All the staff were super nice! And the dentist, assistants, and office staff were all very knowledgeable! One of the best dentist offices I've been to! ?

Excellent customer service. The staff was very kind and helpful. The doctor never rushed me, asked me how I was feeling every couple of mins, gave me breaks, and made sure I wasn’t in any pain.My overall experience was truly amazing and I recommend them 100%I hope this level of customer service stays with them forever.

The Dr want to force me to do deep cleaning for my teeth to charge me money. THEY ARE A SCAMWhile he refused to make a regular cleaning.I do not recommend any person to go there. It's waste of time.

I am beyond pleased with my experiences at Aspen, specifically the office on Hall Rd in Sterling Heights, MI. The dentists I’ve worked with (Drs. Danno and Nofar) are the best. They’re really personable guys, and great at what they do. I’m someone who has historically been literally terrified of going to the dentist mostly from bad experiences in my youth (a childhood dentist literally slapped me in the face for squirming in the chair) and as an adult because I wasn’t becoming more than partially numb, and dealing with dentists that wouldn’t listen nor believe me and suffering horrific pain during procedures. These folks were attentive, sympathetic, listened and believed me and made every effort to make certain I wasn’t suffering. Dr. Danno was so particularly good at addressing this that he performed both a root canal and an extraction on me and I couldn’t believe that he’d done either as I didn’t feel a thing at all. It was amazing and has actually taken my dental terror and lowered it to almost calm when going for work.Over the past 6 months I have had to have some extremely major work done (6 teeth pulled, a root canal, two bridges and two implants), which just about completed now. I am unemployed and uninsured and have had to rely on my 93 yr.old father to pay out of pocket for all of this. I got a treatment plan first from another highly recommended practice and that estimate pushed close to nearly $40,000! I then went to Aspen, explained my situation and through some back and forth brainstorming we collectively came up with a plan and they worked with me greatly on a price that, well, all I can say is it saved me and my father thousands of dollars and had me almost literally tell the other practice to go (bleep) themselves. The dentists, and pretty much the entire staff at this Aspen location are seemingly all amazing folks and not only make me feel comfortable but almost like a friend (even though I’m a rather quirky, unique and perhaps eccentric personality). They do great work and after all I’ve had done there, there’s probably no one more qualified to judge that. They’re just great folks. There is only one minor reason I didn’t give 5 stars and that is due to the office running significantly late on most of my appointments. But maybe that’s more a product of the good work they do and being busy folks. That happens when you’re rock stars and frankly no office, no practice, no business is ever perfect. Heck, if they were reviewing ME I’d probably get 2 stars (LOL). Even though I hate waiting, some things are worth waiting for and given my experiences with this office I’d prefer to wait here any time over having no wait and getting lesser or even substandard care anywhere else. Totally worth it. My quality of life is better for Aspen and my lifelong fear of the dentist is all but gone. I cannot recommend these folks enough. They’re awesome and I’m grateful for all they’ve done for me.

The staff is nice but clearly not well educated. I went there for an emergency appointment. Aspen dental in Sterling Heights was the only place with an availability for my emergency appointment the day that I needed to go in so I drove two hours to them. They did a root canal and exactly 2 months to the day the entire thing fell out! I called them first thing in the morning and they were able to get me back in. They did not apologize for the fact that it clearly wasn’t done correctly. They didn’t give me any reasoning as to why it would In just eight weeks they just told me that they had to extract the rest of the tooth and do some other things in order to create a bridge cost me $1200 out of pocket. I had to go back for a final appointment for them to put the permanents in And the lady who started trying to remove the temps Told me when she came in the room. It should only take just a couple minutes and I shouldn’t feel any pain. It should pop right out. Get it out and told me it was Did it obviously is far too much material so she had to go get the doctor to remove it the doctor came in to remove it and told me to hold still asked me if it hurt when she tried to remove it before and I said yes and then he proceeded to start yanking it out. I kept telling him I was in pain, and he just kept telling me hold. Still he’s almost done. He did finally get it removed and then I had to sit for 10 minutes because I was bleeding too bad to put the new permanents in. Once he put them in, he told me he would back in a few minutes and he did not return. I waited for 20 minutes and then one of the assistance told me I could go ahead and go once the swelling went down. I realize that they did not fit properly and are causing my mouth to be uneven. They put the new teeth in on my left side and now the teeth on my right side can’t reach one another. I cannot eat easily. These appointments have been such horrible experiences that I am now afraid to even go back and I’m not sure that I will. If I do decide to go back to a dentist, it absolutely will not be Aspen.

I don't know where all these 5 star reviews are coming from but this was the worst dental experience in my entire 25 years. This is corporate franchise dentistry at its finest. I had never gone to the dentist for an examination and not had a cleaning done, just as a means to bill me separately. Cleaning was described as a "deep root" for a higher billing charge, but was the same as any other dental cleaning. Never have I had to personally request the removal of a toothbrush costing over $100 from my bill that was automatically added, clearly a sponsored toothbrush plastered around the office they make commission on. Never before did I have to pay more from my bill up front to later collect a refund after insurance was billed. There are so many dentists in the area, any of them are better.

Today i had an appointment to remove some of my wisdom teeth and i was little nervous considering ive never been to Aspen dental before. However, i can confidently say that there was absolutely nothing to be nervous about! The staff was so kind and caring, especially Sheila who works at the front desk, I absolutely fell in love with her and her energy. She made the whole experience for me worth it and was really the only reason i chose to stick with Aspen for this surgery. When it came time for the surgery the surgeon was also very kind and played my favorite music which made the experience even better. Within the span of 2 songs he took all three of my wisdom teeth out, like a piece of cake. The entire process went super smooth and im just really glad they were able to help me out and were so accommodating! Thank you SO much Aspen for making this experience way more enjoyable than i ever thought itd be! And congratulations to Aspens Dr. who recently had a baby girl! Wishing you and your family health and abundance!! <3

I wish I can leave a 10. Dr. Dunno and the Hygienist was wonderful. I was terrified because I had a bad experience and they all made me so comfortable. Kelly, Shelia, chonelle, Kala and Tiffany at the front desk are angels. Thank you guys for making me trust in a dentist again. Thx you all and I definitely will be back. I definitely will be recommending people.
