Untrustworthy! Lack materials to complete work AS PROMISED! Contracted to do work with the American Epoxy Company back in mid July 2021. Gave a $600.00 deposit (No delays), work promised in 3 weeks or less. As of mid August, no materials, ask to wait longer. We declined. Promised an immediate and full refund. As of September 24 2021, still no materials, and after many phone calls and e-mails, STILL NO REFUND OF OUR $600.00!!!!!!!! It's 1 excuse after another from the owner, not the sales person! We just want our refund, not excuses! Promised a physical check today. As of 11:42 pm, NO CHECK!
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
Update: finally received check / refund 09-28-2021. Definitely want to say, "Thank You" to Dale Kurkowski (Sales Person) who maintained constant communication and responded each time! Just for clarity, Dale was transparent about potential material delays, but the time frame we were asked to wait longer was too much, which is why we asked for a full refund! Our problem still stands with how the owner handled the transaction of refunding our money: unprofessional!
Suggestion: If you know your materials are 1 to 3 months behind, DO NOT COLLECT DEPOSITS or have a better refund policy in place!
I still say, "DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! Dale can only do what the owners allow!
