I wouldn't even give 1 star if I could. I ordered a bottle of lotion I didn't even need to get overnight delivery, what I need is Tide Laundry detergent. Supposed to be here between 7 and 11 a.m. this morning, now by 8 p.m. and I'm sitting here with 14 more loads of laundry to do, beyond frustrated. Done with Amazon...period. They also have no phone number, how convenient.

This facility is huge, and getting around for the first time was confusing. Note: There are two entrances from Mound Road. There is one entrance from 14 Mile Road. Just aim for the big building. On the North West corner of the building is where the Amazon Lockers are located. Be sure you have your access code. Once you get inside the building, follow the instructions on the display. Enter your access code and your locker will open. Take your package, make sure it is what you ordered, and close the locker. This is a very safe way to get your packages.

Ordered an item that came through the Sterling Heights fulfillment center. The driver delivered an empty, open envelope to my porch, took a photo, and marked the item as delivered. I don't believe in any way the driver could not have known the envelope was empty as it was OPEN and there was clearly nothing inside. Very disappointed that a minimum standard of customer service would not be to at least assist the recipient in troubleshooting; instead the standard was to deliver an empty package and go quickly back to the truck to leave.

Don't work for this subsidiary here at this facility. You get sent home 1-2 times a week. How are you supposed to live on a 2 day week? Their equipment and vehicles are not working right but still get set out therefore slow day for those drivers. They hire more workers than needed and use those workers first. NO NO NO. NOT RIGHT. I guess seniority doesn't count. Since those drivers showed up to work but get sent home, it should be a paid day off not PTO hours used. It's not their fault they show up but are sent home. You have to be at that location 2hours early, don't get paid for it, just to work. Schedule is 930am not 730am and you don't get paid for that. Or they tell you sit in your car bc it's cold out but then forget about you and of course you don't work. Do I have to come in and clean up shop since the main office won't di a damn thing about it. Nepotism and age discrimination are broken rules there.

Anytime I order from Amazon and it delivers through Sterling Heights Distribution, it is delayed. I ordered a dog crate on Sunday with a Wednesday 10pm delivery. It arrived to SH but delayed until Thursday by 10. On Thursday, it was further delayed to Saturday. My prime delivery is now taking a week! Cancelled order and will buy locally. Likely not renewing membership if I cannot bypass this distribution center.

If the packege is more than 10 lbs do not expect it coming. This is not a reandom thing, happened to me every time I had something bigger than 10-15 lbs. I guess nobody wants to "lift".

I've been ordering through Amazon for 5+ years and the service is absolutely wonderful. Normally, I received my items the next day or two days later. Very easy returns. Love this company!!

Cannot get any customer support so I'll put this here. Amazon sucks and I will no longer give them my business. Have been screwed on multiple orders from different vendors. Cannot get assistance when my products do not show up. Then when I pay for my order they sneek Amazon prime fees on a card they had no permission to bill. I better get a full refund for everything and then leave me the "F" alone.

Atky is horrible. But American Delivery Services is worst place you could ever work for. I worked 2 hours. They couldn't get me a route for that day. Told me they'd call me soon when they had the issue resolved. And I literally never heard back from them ever again. When I tried to reach out to them I was given the silent treatment. It was beyond unprofessional.

GREAT PLACE TO WORK AS A DRIVER for companies that is a 3rd party for amazon. Drivers just dress like they work for amazon but they get treated differently. MANY different companies that you may not be aware of.

Good pickup place, a little difficult to find at first, but it is at the back, when you see the map it tells you that the entrance is on one side but it turns out that it is behind, let yourself be guided by the cones and signs.
