I like coming here because the owner of this store is really cool. However, I believe the lady who works there, his wife, is slightly mean and has an attitude for no reason. Other then that, everyone is nice and great customer service. The lady should fix her attitude.

0 stars. the indian lady that works there was disrespectful towards a new employee who clearly has autism of some kind, she stood their and starts yelling at him in front of the customers. he looked upset due to the words she was using towards him. he forgot to put something in the fridge i believe so and she just yelled at him for it . he was new he didn't know what was going on. and she made him embarrassed and humiliated in-front of all the customers. i work with people who have a disability and i found it very hurtful . i wouldn't recommend this 7-11.

If there was 0 stars I would give 0. Trash customer service. Do not buy gift cards and add money they are all scam and he can’t do refund. 0 respect don’t even understand English. This store is off there is always a problem here.

If there was a -5 stars that’s what they would get worst customer service in history whoever this new Old Caucasian guy that is the clerk on Saturday at approximately 720-730ish is so disrespectful And is very lazy I asked him what Vep flavor a specific Vape was and he just pointed at it I asked him if he can give it to me or show me so I can see it up close and he said are you buying it number one he has no reason to ask me that I will buy it if I want to buy it I come there on a daily basis and I spend a lot of money with this specific location I buy several bottles at a time I spend a lot of money and for him to disrespect a customer the way he did I promise you I will never return the owner is a good guy however if that man continues working there I’m never stepping foot there again sorry boss man but that was uncalled for

I wouldnt even give this 7-11 1 star because of the disrespect the indian lady and her little nephew have towards people that come in every day. Rather than let me go get another slurpee when someone lets go of the door before I could grab she She decided to argue with me after Her other employee had told me to get a new one. Owner or not the 30 ¢ she was losing over a slurpee I was getting on my way to work was worth seeing her trying to snatch the other one out of my hand for that to fall as well Then proceed to call the police over a slurpee that fell. Lol I do not recommend

I worked at this location as well as the location at 15 @ Kelly just over 30 years ago. It hurts my heart to read some of these comments. I can't believe this 7-11 has fallen like this.
