Everytime i go there theres an old lady who idk is manager but shes rude . Everytime. The workers like almost never deliver mail on time. Its ridiculous. Definately need new workers...

will not deliver any packages they always mark as no secure location even when one is provided or i am home and its a package that has to be signed for no delivery attempt is even made

Seriously stop shoving packages in mailboxes and leaving them on the porch (when there’s a covered one 10 feet away)!!! Tired of having to exchange damaged products. I’ve lived in several states and cities and Stanton’s USPS is the worst!

Got a note saying my mail box wasn't shoveled good enough. So I reshoveled it and now it still isn't good enough and they will not bring my mail. I do not know how much to the ground it can get when I am already at ice and dirt.

Tried calling several times during normal business hours. No answer, so I drove there on my lunch. EXTREMELY rude woman working in the front. I had all of my mail forwarded weeks ago. Instead of leaving a package at my old address, a note, or forwarding it to my current address, they threw it away the same day it was supposed to be delivered. I tried asking her why and if there was any way I could get it. She literally laughed at me and said, “No, it’s gone.” She shouldn’t be working in customer service and I can’t believe it’s policy to just throw packages away. My daughter spent all of her birthday money on that package and now it’s just gone.

They argue with me about the tracking number, until I show them on my phone and then they look it up. Whoever designed the parking doesn't have a clue either. Very unprofessional

Needs official USPS sign in front of the building on State street. Don't realize what it is, if your not familiar with area.

Friendly employees, especially one who I think her name is Teenie -- a huge improvement over the old postmaster from several years ago! Friendly mail carriers too -- no complaints here.
