Went there awhile back, wanted to go blonde and then go with this cute light pink color. She never told me a thing and started doing her own thing. She bleached the bottom half of my hair and then made that bottom half pink and never touched the top half like I explained to her to do. And then in one day the color washed out, and when I said something to them the next day that’s when she tried explaining how it was better for me to do it her way instead of the way I wanted when I came in, when she should’ve told me from the beginning she wasn’t going to do it my way. To make up for it they gave me a toner for the pink which barely worked and the pink wouldn’t stay in so I wasted a bunch of money on this place. And you already guessed I will never come back?

I give this place three stars because I went in and asked for just blonde, but the lady decided that putting low lights in my hair would be a good idea, this is not what I wanted. From there now I have to try to bleach it myself to get more orange out, she didn't even let the bleach set on one side for more than 5 minutes.. Bleach is supposed to stay on longer, but anyway, they were super kind just I'm a bit disappointed that I have to wait even longer to try to get to almost whitish blonde hair and go through more treatmemts than what I would have if she just left it alone, What I asked for in the beginning...
